Sehr gute Lage, geräumig und gut ausgestattet

Urlaub in Le Touquet ist immer wunderbar. Die Stadt, der Strand - wir lieben es.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es gibt ein paar Dinge welche verbessert werden könnten. Die Toilette sollte ausgetauscht werden, die Abzugshaube in der Küche könnte eine Reinigung vertragen. Die Töpfe reichen für maximal 2 Personen.Wir waren nur zu zweit, haben uns arrangiert und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Appartement fonctionnel, lumineux et agréable à vivre. Situation parfaite à deux pas du front de mer, des rue Saint-Jean et de Metz…mais au calme.

appartement très agréable

bien situé, proche du centre, de la plage , tout en étant dans une rue calme. très bien équipé. 2 véritables chambres, un bon convertible dans le salon peut se substituer à la 3ème chambre borgne. magnifique terrasse avec vue sur mer. très bon séjour ( un peu chaud par contre, au delà de 30 degrés)

Sejour très agréable

L'appartement est très lumineux, spacieux et très proche a la fois de la mer et des commerces. Il est très bien équipé. La terrasse est grande et spacieuse ... Je recommande !

Très bien

Appartement bien équipé, fonctionnel, propre, très bien situé (à 2 pas de la rue Saint Jean et de la mer, mais au calme) et avec une belle surface, notamment de terrasse. Emplacement de voiture fonctionnel lui aussi. Nous en avons été très satisfaits. (à noter que les linges de lit et de toilette ne sont pas fournis et ne sont pas louables)

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos deux enfants dans cet appartement très fonctionnel , agréable et Idéalement situé à deux pas du centre, des commerces et de la mer . La grande terrasse avec Vue mer latérale est un vrai atout ; elle est en outre bien équipée ( parasol table chaises transats ...) Seul point négatif : il manque un sèche linge

Gute Wohnung mit Abstrichen

Positives: +Tolle Lage: Strand, Ort, Restaurants, Bars, Bäcker und Supermärkte sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar +Aufzug zur Wohnung +Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz +Gut ausgestattete Küche +Große Dachterrasse mit seitlichem Meerblick +Viele große Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeiten Negatives: -Haus extrem hellhörig. Obwohl es eine Dachwohnung ist, bekommt man sehr viele Geräusche / Schritte / Stimmen der Nachbarn mit -Zimmerwände und Badewanne müssten dringend renoviert/saniert werden. Viele kaputte Tapeten. Badewanne alt, Badewannen-Duschwand zudem sehr klein, man macht das halbe Badezimmer nass -Ehebett max. 1,40 m breit mit ebensolcher Matratze. Wir mussten erst passende Bettwäsche kaufen, da unsere nicht passte. Sehr klein für deutsche Verhältnisse -Quietschendes Etagenbett aus Metall, unser Sohn konnte kaum schlafen. Muss dringend erneuert werden -Drittes Schlafzimmer extrem klein (wir haben es Gott sei Dank nicht gebraucht und nur als Kofferkammer genutzt) -Toilette und Zahnputzbecher schmutzig, Kaffeemaschine alt und unappetitlich, Klopapierhalter defekt, uralte Klobürste, sonst war die Sauberkeit tatsächlich passabel. Wer mit diesen Mängeln klar kommt, kann in der Wohnung sicher eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Preis / Leistung stimmen hier aber aus unserer Sicht nicht. Es müsste wie gesagt einfach mal etwas Geld investiert werden, dann ist die Wohnung wieder top.

Appartement idéal au coeur du Touquet

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement à deux pas du coeur du Touquet (Rue Saint Jean) et de la plage. Tout en étant en plein centre du Touquet cet appartement est très calme et permet de profiter pleinement de la très grande terasse pour diner ou lézarder au soleil (ce qui est rare au touquet). L'appartement est très bien équipé, parfaitement propre et très fonctionnel. Un appartement que nous relouerons avec grand plaisir.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung zum wohlfühlen

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger und trotzdem zentraler Lage. Man war sehr schnell am Meer und im Zentrum. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Toll war der lange Balkon. Bei schönem Wetter hatte man von morgens bis abends Sonne. Man hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
