Istanbul in Moraira Bungalow in quiet and pleasant urbanization. Capaciadad for 6 people. Community swimming pool (12x5), parking and large garden. Covered terrace with table, chairs and portable barbecue.
It has two floors:
   On the ground floor terrace, living room with fireplace, TV. A bathroom with shower and kitchen with hob and oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and utensils.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds together, another double bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with bunk beds. A bathroom.

Moraira April 24

Apartment was clean and adequate for an accommodation point of view. Seating within the apartment was very poor for 5 person, the position of the TV made it impossible to watch. The internet was not secure something that customers would see as a necessity. The swimming pool was not really useable, shower at the pool had not been cleaned for ages.

Hola Jeffrey, Siento que algunas cosas no fueran de su agrado. Ustedes hicieron una reserva de 2 personas y vinieron 5 personas sin avisar. Tuve que hacer otro viaje para llevar más sábanas y toallas. Tanto la ducha de la piscina como la piscina se limpian todas las semanas. Cuando ustedes vinieron había polvo en suspensión y la falta de lluvia hace que haya mucho polvo. Sobre el internet no entiendo su queja, funciona perfectamente. El sofá se puede girar y ven perfectamente la tv como hacen muchos huéspedes. Está junto a la pared para que el comedor sea mas amplio, ya que muchos huéspedes no ven la tv.

Comfortable stay in a pretty town

The bungalow is a nice place to stay although some of the facilities are a little lacking. It would have been nice to have a few little extras and especially paper bins with bags provided for the bathrooms. The pool is lovely but is deep throughout with not much of a shallow end so was too deep for my 6 year old. We found the temperature difficult as the lack of air conditioning made it very uncomfortable and we only had two fans (the third was broken). The bedrooms, especially, were very hot. Our youngest daughter ended up sleeping downstairs on the sofa because she couldn’t sleep in the heat. The location is good for walking to the local shops and restaurants and a walk to the main town is around 35 mins. Having a car is very useful in the heat. For the price, the apartment is a good find and Moraira is lovely. Maria was a lovely host and we were left to enjoy the holiday without interruption.

Hola Karen, les hubiera repuesto el ventilador roto de haberlo sabido. Estamos pasando una ola de calor muy fuerte debían cerrar las ventanas cuando daba el sol y por la noche abrirlo todo. Cuando entrabamos hacía muchísimo calor en el bungalow. En cuanto abrimos se refrescó. En los dos baños tienen papeleras. Gracias.

La casa es bastante básica. Con unas sillas, sofá super antiguos e incómodos. Los colchones igual, son de muelles y antiguos.La cubierteria está justisima y básica. Alquilan una casa para 5 personas y la cafetera que tienen es para tres cafés como mucho. Una de las duchas no tiene mampara y la otra tiene cortina, que para mí gusto es bastante anti higiénico. Tuvimos que insistir con que nos dijeran como funcionaba la calefacción, porque a pesar de estar en mayo, por la noche hacía frío e íbamos con un peque. No fueron ni a recibirnos, nos dejaron las llaves el debajo del felpudo. La verdad hemos tenido la sensación que es una casa que solo busca beneficios y no cuidar a sus clientes. NO repetiremos seguro

Me parece muy bien lo que ustedes opinan del bungalow, porque es un bungalow adosado no es una casa, y además es un bungalow básico cómo el precio que es muy económico. Hace ya años que alquilamos y la gente está muy contenta y repite. Está claro que si ustedes alquilan no es lo mismo que en su casa y si alquilan otra vivienda les va a pasar lo mismo. Me parece bien que digan su opinión y decidan no venir Cada persona es libre de decir su opinión Saludos y que les vaya muy bien

Ein fast perfekter Urlaub😊

Von der Buchung, über Kommunikation bis hin zur wunderbaren Maria (die uns die kleinen Wünsche prompt erfüllt hat) war fast alles perfekt… Pool mit ein paar defekten/fehlenden fliesen und knarzende Türen die halt in die Jahre gekommen sind und eine Baustelle nebenan trübten den Aufenthalt ein wenig… aber dennoch würde ich es zu 100% weiter empfehlen !!

Schöner Urlaub

Schöne Urlaubsgegend

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Strand und Umgebung ist sehr zu empfehlen, überall kann man gut essen. Bummeln in der Stadt oder auch Sport an der Promenade oder drumherum, alles möglich. Es gibt für jeden etwas passendes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nuf weiter empfehlen.

Très bon sejour

Logement bien situé et pratique. Si les locations voisines sont bruyantes, cela peut devenir désagréable (ce qui a été notre cas) Mais cela ne gâche en rien le séjour grâce au cadre, a la superbe piscine, le quartier et l'aide de Noelia pour retrouver du calme :)

Accommodation in Moravit

Conveniently situated in a quiet residential area a short walk from bars and restaurants in Moravit. Unfortunately nearest supermarket was closed for renovation, although Pepe la Sal is a short drive away. The pool area was clean and well kept, although the steps down to it are quite steep and unsuitable for anyone with poor mobility. Lights did not come on in the evening. Kitchen facilities in the property require updating and there is insufficient storage space for dry food products due to the location of the washing machine, which would possibly be better situated in the downstairs shower area. The patio table also needs replacing as the legs fell off whenever it was moved! Unfortunately we had difficulty contacting the owner on our arrival so could not easily get in to the property. Luckily the daughter of a neighbour was able to give us an alternative telephone number. However overall we had a pleasant stay, with the benefit of a sea view from our patio.
