Country house (72 m²) completely renovated on a plot of 1800 m² located near Touraine, Loire castles, Beauval zoo, Chaumont sur Loire gardens and the banks of the Loir, in August Montoire folk festival on the Dormouse.
The living area can accommodate 6 adults, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine with 140 or 90 beds; living room and kitchen for 30m²; a bathroom and toilet; as well as an office space.
Large juxtaposed car park, a swimming pool (for the summer) is available to share with the owner, the raised garden surrounds the back of the house, a garden furniture.

Fantastic place, great location to access the Loire. Good amount of space outside for the children to run around and play, as well as the pool which was brilliant.The gite was well-equipped and everything was easy to use. Air con was great in the living area.Very helpful and friendly host.

Excellent

The property was as described and very comfortable with everything we need for a short stay. We enjoyed the garden and pool. The outdoor 'room' is a great addition. We arrived late (10pm) because of delays at the Channel Tunnel, Monsieur Tremblin was very helpful when we arrived and communication on our journey was great. Thank you!

A nice quiet sleepy area, swimming pool was clean and tidy, everything you could need, iron and board, hairdryer.. cooking utensils pans and tray for oven, microwave..Good for getting around the loire region. Also visit the zoo, you wont be disappointed.Bad pointsWe found the shower cant handle 4 people showering after each other, sun lounger broken, very dusty inside property so if you have alergys this may not suit you (no way does the charge for cleaning justify this)We asked for wifi b4 and at beginning of trip, but was given the wrong code! Check the bedding given as we had to ask for correct sheets before the owner left to go away (this did get sorted straight away) also we did expect the beds to be made ready imho. Also few light bulbs were out, and plug sockets be careful with as some are loose, and one we found not working at all. eye for detail needed please give your property some tlc.

Excellent séjour dans cette location tout confort ! Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant. Le logement est très confortable et bien équipé. La literie est très confortable. Le jardin est spacieux, bien aménagé (beaucoup d'oiseaux!). La partie du jardin réservée aux locataires (dont la piscine) est bien séparée de la partie de jardin du propriétaire, qui habite à proximité. La piscine est de bonnes dimensions (un peu plus de 8m par 4m de mémoire), avec un abri télescopique sécurisant et pratique pour garder la chaleur. Lors de notre séjour, il n'y avait pas encore la clim, mais c'est prévu. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Nous vous le recommandons.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans un gîte confortable et bien équipé. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé la piscine et le jardin, qui est top. Le propriétaire est une personne très sympa et nous a bien accuelli. A recommander!

Nous y avons passé une semaine fin Août en famille. Maison joliment décorée et belle propriété avec piscine (qui nous était exclusivement réservée durant notre séjour). Parfaitement située pour visiter la région où tout simplement se reposer. Le village est calme. De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis. Une adresse à retenir !

Détente et culture

Le logement est situé en périphérie d’un village, ce qui permet de combiner l’aspect pratique (pour l'approvisionnement) et le calme que nous recherchions. Plusieurs caves et châteaux sont situés à une trentaine de mn en voiture. Nous avons pu faire des visites chaque jour ou nous adonner à la pratique du golf, le plus proche étant situé à une vingtaine de mn. Le logement est lumineux, complètement équipé et Jacky, le propriétaire, très discret, veille à ce que vous vous y sentiez bien. Une bonne adresse pour faire une pause dans une très belle région pleine d’histoire et où il fait bon vivre.

Maison fonctionnelle. Jardin agréable. Le propriétaire est à l écoute des besoins. La maison est neuve. Si on devait pinailler et trouver du négatif, la table et les chaises de jardin sont assez anciennes et le barbecue aussi

Un séjour fort agréable

Très joli logement, moderne et cosy. On s'y sent très bien. Le jardin est grand, très tranquille, et la piscine très agréable. Dans l'annonce est indiqué que la piscine était à partager avec le propriétaire, mais nous avons été les seuls à en jouir. Ce qui est très appréciable. Jacky, le propriétaire est très sympathique et de bon conseil pour visiter cette belle région. On vous recommande.

Nous avons passé un EXcellent week en d dans une maison top ! La maison a été rénovée tous est neuf . Le propriétaire nous a bien accueilli , nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement . D'autant plus qu'il est très sympa . Je recommande à 2000%

Un petit coin de paradis

Maison très bien aménagée, agréable, moderne avec un jardin au calme sans vis à vis. La piscine avec ses transats est géniale on ne peut se baigner du matin jusqu’au soir. Le propriétaire est proche, sympathique et très à l’écoute. Une adresse à garder et à recommander. Nous avons passé un Excellent séjour
