Our team stayed at this property for an extended work trip, and it was absolutely perfect for a work group. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving everyone plenty of space to relax after a long day. The location is fantastic—super convenient to downtown Tallahassee, making our daily commute and team dinners hassle-free. On top of that, the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was quick, clear, and helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or with a large group. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, this place checked every box. Check-in was seamless — clear instructions sent ahead of time, no fumbling around at the door. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. Everything worked the way it was supposed to.The house was well-stocked beyond the basics — we had everything we needed without making a single run to the store on arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped, linens were fresh, and the space felt like someone actually thought through what guests would need.Location was great — easy to get around, close to everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable.The host was responsive and communicative throughout. Any question we had was answered quickly and professionally. You could tell they take pride in the property and genuinely want guests to have a good experience.We'd stay here again without hesitation and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-run place in the Tallahassee area.

Great spot!

We were in Tallahassee for an FSU doctoral graduation. The home suited us perfectly. The inside is lovely and comfortable. The property has good access to all features of the city and college. The outside of property is a parking lot - no outside access to a yard or anything but that wasn’t necessary for our visit so it did not present a problem. I would stay there again! Very good communication with property managers as well:)

Perfect for FSU graduation weekend!

This property exceeded expectations. The location was great...short drive to FSU campus. Lots of parking. Inside looked recently updated. All beds were comfy. I would recommend this property.

Spacious and clean

Very nice townhouse that was very clean, had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Close to FSU so some students were walking around in the area but still very quiet.
