Bonsoir,Excellent séjour. Très bien située, cette location aurait toutefois besoin d'un rafraichissement, intérieur. Incommodé par des odeurs de cigarettes, et tabac froid dans les couloirs de circulation.Soucis avec les clefs mises à disposition, nous recommandons quand même ce logement.

Week-end de pâques

Un super weekend dans cet appartement malgré la meteo. Un appartement spacieux bien équipé et tres bien placé. L'accès direct sur le chemin de promenade pour soit le port soit la plage est super.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Enchantes de notre sejour. Tres bel appart. bien agence, impeccable. Vue direct sur le port, Parking prive et securise, calme. Idéalement bien placé

Appartement propre, bien équipé, calme conforme à la description. Nous avons bien profité du balcon et de sa belle vue sur le port. Ce qui est vraiment très agréable, est de pouvoir profiter de la plage, du port, du centre ville, du même coup de pleins activités sans avoir à prendre son véhicule. A noter que nos deux interlocutrices à savoir la propriétaire des lieux ou Claire qui gère l'appartement, sont sérieuses et arrangeantes. Bref, en conclusion, très bon plan.

belle vue sur le port

emplacement idéal avec vue imprenable sur le port. Vous sortez côté port: à gauche vous prenez les planches pour aller en ville et à droite vous allez à Aiguillon où vous trouverez tous les commerces (la poissonnerie est au top) La résidence est calme, le parking pratique d'accès et l'agencement intérieur de l'appart est agréable

Appartement très bien situé au calme très proche de la mer

Globalement bien . Mais il faut absolument que Pascale effectue les démarches pour avoir Internet WIFI dans l'appartement. C'est aujourdhui un outil de travail incontournable ( on ne peut pas tout faire sur son téléphone ...) . Et de plus celà apporte une plus-value à la location .

Très belle location, bien agencée, superbe vue sur le port on ne s'en lasse pas ! l'endroit est calme, un beau parking sécurisé. Seul soucis peut-etre pour les personnes agées l'accès à la terrasse par une marche assez haute (un peu de gym ?) et l'accès à l'appartement par les marches, un grand merci à Claire qui a monté nos bagages !

Dans une résidence calme, sécurisée, il est très bien situé face à la mer et au port, proche des animations du centre ville que l'on rejoint à pieds. Superb location, well equipped apartment.

With views of the port and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Arcachon this apartment is in a great location and there are many very good restaurants nearby. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Private secure parking.

Superbe!!!!

Nous recommandons vivement cette location. L' appartement est clair, spacieux et très bien équipé. Electroménager complet(lave vaisselle, lave linge, grand frigo-congélateur, un vrai four et micro-ondes), pour la vaisselle et les ustensiles rien ne manque(couverts, couteaux...). Le salon a vue sur le port animé mais l' immeuble est calme. Le plus, une place de parking réservée dans la cour de l' immeuble. On peut faire beaucoup d' activités sans prendre son véhicule. On se déplace à pied ou à vélo directement de l' appartement. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce séjour et la personne qui nous a accueilli était très aimable et nous a bien informés. Si nous avions à formuler une amélioration, un lecteur DVD serait bien. Rien à redire! Nous louons souvent par ABRITEL, mais cet appartement est vraiment à recommander.

Lovely Apartment in Arcachon

We had a super holiday in this apartment, which is in a great location at the end of the boardwalk, just a few minutes by bike from the centre of Arcachon. You do not need to cross any roads to get to the beach. On the first floor of the Residence du Port, the apartment has a shady terrace/balcony with superb views of the 'Petit Port' - ideal for escaping from the heat of the sun at dejeuner time! Despite the temperature being over 30 Degrees for several days while we were there, the apartment always stayed wonderfully cool! It is nicely furnished and very well equipped, with plenty of pots and pans, crockery, glassware, coffee maker etc. It even has an electric juice squeezer so you can have freshly squeezed orange juice with your breakfast on the balcony! The separate bedroom is a good size with a double bed, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. There are also TVs, a microwave, a washing machine and a music system. All the comforts of home in fact! The owner is very kind and helpful and we were able to hire bed linen and bath towels during our stay (a boon when you are travelling by plane with a limited luggage allowance!) All in all, an excellent choice for a very comfortable stay! If we return to Arcachon (which we probably will!), I would definitely stay here again!
