Our lovely top floor one bedroom apartment in a quiet end unit duplex in the Phillips Corner town home community is back on the market (after a year and a half) and it awaits your long-term stay! The unit features a full kitchen with all the amenities needed for cooking. The balcony overlooks trees and the forested hills, and it is a wonderful space for morning coffee and relaxing all times of day. There is a dedicated on-site parking spot and guest parking also often is available on-site. The apartment has energy efficient cooling and heating, washer/dryer, and a large flat screen TV with free WiFi.

There are no backyard neighbors, but you may hear some Grizzlies nearby - some of Ashland High School’s sports teams play a few times during the season on fields behind the apartment.

Ashland’s many attractions include the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Lithia Park, restaurants, a variety of shops, and movie theaters. The Ashland Co-op is a treat for foodies, and Southern Oregon University is just blocks away. A wonderful coffee house is two blocks away on the way to town, and Safeway is close by! Enjoy reaching all these destinations within a 15 minute walk on flat, tree-lined streets. We also are a short drive to lakes and rivers for water fun and Mt Ashland for winter sports.

Great location, host was very responsive for a couple of items that came up during our stay. Apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchen cooking appliances. Met all our needs for a great price! Enjoyed our stay!

Great property and location!

I had a wonderful stay at this Ashland property during my clinical rotation for school. Kathy was so timely in any communication and was always available to help! Would definitely recommend this property! The location is also ideal as it’s walking distance to everything you need in Ashland! I don’t believe my experience could have been any better at this VRBO!

This walk up apartment is very small but has everything you need including full kitchen and bedroom. Walking distance, (about a mile),to downtown Ashland.

Great atay!

I loved staying here! I was in town for a graduate program, and the location was perfect for what I needed. It's a walkable town, but will leave you sweaty if you're not used to lots of walking. I would probably get a car next time. Hosts were very helpful, getting into the property was super easy, and was well stocked. Definitely will try to stay again for my next time in Ashland!

Excellent location, the apt. is wonderful & the owners were very responsive when we couldnt get tv.

We feel truly blessed to have found this place. The owners are great & it felt wonderful staying there. They were attentive to our needs & communicated promptly each time we needed them to. This place is centrally located & we walked everywhere in town. We also thoroughly enjoyed the soccer, football & track events on the HS fields. Can only highly recommend this wonderful condo!

Perfect Ashland Retreat

Super clean and well-furnished apartment! Walking to distance to all of Ashland’s best — downtown, Lithia Park, and the best little neighborhood coffee shop (Rogue Valley Roasting Co.). The hosts were great to work with and super easy to get ahold of if needed. Perfect for my long-term stay, could not recommend enough! Bonus: the local deer love hanging out around the apartment and we’re super fun to watch!

Ashland getaway

Smooth vrbo experience in Ashland. The owners were super easy to work with. The location was really convenient and the quaint apartment had everything you need. The bears are a bit loud at times, haha (the high school is behind the unit). I’m sure that’s totally dependent on time of year you stay too. Overall, I’ll be back to visit Ashland & I’d be happy to stay here again! Thank you, Tiffany C

Cozy and modern, well-equipped home in a great location

Lovely space with friendly neighbors and close distance to Ashland's downtown. I lived and worked-from-home in this apartment for 2.5 months over the summer. It was a great little spot. The apartment is comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped for just about everything, especially in the kitchen (blender included!). I especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck (which is the best one in the townhome complex because it faces neighboring properties' many trees), mostly in the mornings until it got too hot out, but it was also a good spot for watching sunsets. The owners were very communicative and helpful over email, answering my questions and coordinating work that needed to be done in the apartment. They also were able to generously accommodate my small dog. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for long-term stays in Ashland.

Wonderful Ashland!
