The villa has a private parking (3 cars) and 3 terraces of about 180 m2, with garden furniture.

An inground pool with rectangular overflow of 10 meters by 5 with salt filtration is at your disposal as well as deckchairs and a Mediterranean garden adorned with olive trees, citrons, jasmine, etc.

The villa is on 2 levels.
On the ground floor: a large living room / a bathroom with bath / a fitted kitchen / a bedroom with a bed 140 / a room with 3 single beds

Upstairs (outside staircase): a living room with American kitchen / a bathroom with shower / a room with bed 180 / a room with 2 single beds

 The 2 floors are independent.
It has 2 convertible sofas, 2 tv and hi-fi system.
2 kitchens containing on the ground floor: 1 fridge freezer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a complete crockery.
The length of stay is for 7 nights minimum and only from Saturday to Saturday.

The owner lives in a wing of the adjoining and independent house.
The pool is serviced every morning.
