Sundance Manor Keystone

Very well accommodated condo in Keystone by North Fork of the Snake River. Only drawback was we only stayed 4 days😥

Great property close to the mountain

We liked the size and proximity of this property to Mountain House village. A word of warning the neighbors below that full time live in the unit are very sensitive to ANY sound. We were moving our luggage and items in the unit in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday and they filed a noise complaint.

Do not stay here!

The person in condo below 201 came to the door at 7:15pm on 1/1/21, telling me our 30lb and 40lb children were disturbing her because she could hear them moving. The following evening 1/2/21 she began pounding on her ceiling at 5:00pm, her male friend knocked on the door at 5:15 pm telling us we were being too loud and they could hear us moving. At 6:15pm the summit cove rental agent called to tell me the people below us claiming to be “building manger” were filing a formal complaint for the noise we were making. There is no place on the advertisement that this is a child free condo, the noise ordinance is from 10:00pm till 7:00am. It was New Years weekend. We were on vacation celebrating the end of a terrible year. Having an unrealistic “property manager” harassing us was completely unacceptable. I did contact Summit Cove and they offered no solutions.
