The place was nicely stocked. The rooms were very clean and enough room for everyone. The location is ideal for a family with kids. Close enough to the beach to walk there in 5 minutes but far enough to avoid the traffic and noise of the main highway. I would definitely rent again.

Beautiful home rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was amazing! Beautiful large old home that was very clean and the management company worked with us on a few issues due to a recent storm. There were six in our family so we never got in each other's way with all of the extra space and wonderful wrap around porches. Close to the beach and lots of good places to walk. It's a keeper.
Response from VrboOwner on 21 May 2026

We also truly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the storm-related pool area issues during your stay, and we’re glad our team was able to help. It’s great to know the home gave everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. We’d love to welcome you and your family back anytime — and we’re honored to hear it’s “a keeper”!

A great getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying here. The house is spacious and well appointed. It’s not the newest house out there but it is well cared for and we have found it to be great for our family trips. My kids love the pool (it’s partly shaded by the deck) in the afternoon after sunny beach mornings. The walk to the beach is quick. There is 37A almost directly behind the house or if you go the other way around the corner then there is a boardwalk 36A access as well. Both great options. We did have some maintenance issues the last day of our stay and they did try to address them and ultimately couldn’t before the end of our stay which was disappointing. The last day of our stay was a holiday so that made it more challenging. Overall we have enjoyed the house and would stay again!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear this was your second year staying with us and that the home continues to be a great fit for your family trips. It’s wonderful to know you enjoy the spacious layout, the pool, and the convenient beach access options. We love hearing that your family has been able to make the most of relaxing beach mornings and pool afternoons together. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the maintenance concerns at the end of your stay. We understand how disappointing it was to not have hot water, especially on the final day of a vacation and we’re grateful for your patience and for allowing our team the opportunity to respond. We truly appreciate your continued trust and would love the opportunity to welcome your family back for another enjoyable Isle of Palms vacation!

We enjoyed ourselves so much, all 12 of us! Such a comfortable house for a big family, and well suited to all age levels. The kitchen has everything anyone would need and we cooked often. The location is convenient to the beach, being only a block away. Very clean and comfortable. The porches are a huge plus, with some cozy places to get away and read or just have quiet conversation. We thoroughly loved our visit to Isle of Palms.
