This historic property is a gem. Steps away from some of the best dining and shopping in TC. I enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning.

Perfect little place to stay

We always enjoy staying at the Commons and being able to walk to area restaurants and bars. It’s so conveniently located and a great little community.

Nice location, clean condo. Nice amenities. Lots to do and explore within walking distance of unit. Easy check in and out process. Ample parking. Great tasting coffee provided. Comfortable bed, WiFi and smart Tv. Definitely recommend. Traverse City is beautiful and this location has a wonderful historic property surrounding it. Delicious restaurants in easy walking distance. Definitely a fun place to stay and explore.

Convenient location

I found that our stay here was conveniently located near town, you can walk to so many eateries and shops within the villages campus. AC and ceiling fan worked great, beds were comfortable, and I really liked the patio sitting area in the evenings.

Perfect place to rest

We loved our stay! We needed a place to rest and rejuvenate after a hectic wedding week. This little space was perfect for us. Close to a great coffee shop and good food. Quiet and clean! We loved it!

Hands down one of the most spotless places we've ever stayed! Walking distance to hospital and 2 of the best restaurants in TC! Condo has everything you could need! Wasnt our first time staying at wont be our last! Thank you for providing a safe, comfortable and lovely place to enjoy!

Great getaway base

We loved our stay at this condo in the Commons. Close enough to Traverse City but without all the crowds. Great dining options. The condo itself was very comfortable, quiet and we appreciated the outside space. Would stay again.
