Our family has stayed at this home multiple years. The location near the beach in Sea Pines is perfect and the home's spaces (including a wonderful pool/hot tub/covered seating outdoor space) make for a great family vacation spot. The host has always been great about communication and taking care of details. We will be staying at this home again in 2027!

We stayed in the house last year as well- We were excited to go back with my mom, our sons, daughters-in-law and 5 grandchildren (ages 5 and under ). We each had our own area - such privacy. And the property really is steps to the beach. The pool and hot tub are partly shaded which really helps everyone to not sunburn- We took turns cooking- the kitchen has a great layout. We were never in each others’way. I cannot say enough good things about this property- we were all sad to go.

Wonderful getaway. Sea pines feels like a quiet sanctuary. People are walking and biking everywhere. Our host was very prompt at getting back with us regarding any questions we had. It was a lovely vacation, and the beautiful home and pool made it perfect.

Enjoyable stay!

5 bedrooms with king beds and designated bathrooms and another with bunk beds is perfect for our family. Really loved the pool and hot tub when not at the beach!

We loved the house. It was perfect for our extended family. The kitchen was great and we had plenty of room for all of the kitchen/food items we had brought. It was super easy to get to the beach. The family especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We had an amazing stay! The pictures truly don’t do this property justice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortably accommodated all four of our families. The property owners were responsive, helpful, and quick to address our concerns about the pool and patio cleanliness upon arrival. They took care of it the very next morning. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to the beach, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend!

Perfect home for large group.

This was a perfect home,we have booked it for next year. Our favorite thing about the home was the outdoor patio which was covered from the sun and rain. This home is beautiful and room enough for 16 people.

Most of the house was very clean. One bedroom and its attached bathroom, as well as the laundry room had a strong mildew/mold odor. The laundry room had mold growing under the sink but the smell would tell me there is more. The pool and distance to the beach were amazing. The washer and dryer are old and needed to be run several times to clean and dry clothes, especially towels. My only issue with the listing itself is that they have a picture of an outdoor fire pit, but you have to contact the owner each time to use it.

I was unaware he had a concern until after they left and was unable to address it during his stay, but then he wanted monetary compensation and threatened to give a poor review. We had no complaints re: his concern all summer and also the weeks following. I would not rent to him again.

HHI family beach vacation

This was our first time staying at this property and it was delightful. Perfect location for the beach, great pool area and home layout. Our host communication was always a quick response with clear and useful information. All in all, this is a favorite and we plan to return in 2025.

This was out 2nd year at this home and we will stay there again in the future. Wonderful home and outside areas. Location close to a great beach is perfect. The property manager provided very attentive service -- always clear and useful communications. Our best experience in Hilton Head/Sea Pines. Thank you.

Great house!

There were some issues with the hot water but the owners fixed it as soon as possible and were very communicative throughout the process. They also refunded us a portion of our stay. This is our second year in a row staying in the house and it was a fantastic experience. We love the close walk to the beach and the spaciousness of the house.

What a beautiful home!

This home had everything! The pool was perfect! We had 16 people from the ages of 20 to 74 and everyone had a great time. There was room for everyone. The home was well stocked with everything from spices to pool toys. We could not recommend more!

Great House Great Location

Everybody in our party of 18 (one infant, 6 kids ages 5-10) and 11 adults loved the house - it is very spacious, with lots of light from the big windows, high ceilings and soundproofing. The infinity pool was fantastic. Everything was as described by the owners. Short, safe walk to the beach. It was ideal for our family. reunion.

Great family week

The house was great for our group. The house was nice and the right size for us. Very nice pool/hot tub and outside space. Plenty of amenities provided. The only change I would say is necessary is a new showerhead in the master. Other than that, we had the experience we expected based on the description and interaction with the owner.

Wonderful Relaxing Week Stay!

The house was beautiful, clean, huge, perfect for our family group of 9 people. So nice for everyone to have their own bathroom, and to be able to have our dogs with us. We made the short walk to the beach at least once a day, lounged in the pool and hot tub (paid to heat them because the last week in March can be chilly), rode our bikes from there all over Sea Pines, used the awesome outdoor grill, and cooked in the very well-equipped kitchen. Communication was great and our questions were answered very quickly. Thank you for a great week!!
