Luxury 6bdrm 6bath home, short beach walk to uncrowded beach (sleeps 18). Heated infinity pool and hot tub (most amazing in HHI). 8 TVs in house. Cable, Roku, AppleTV. Wifi. AC, all the amenities of home. Walking path (no roads to cross) to the beach. Beach is wide, beautiful, (not near public beach access). The Sea Pines Beach Club, bar, restaurant, hangout with live music is only a 10 minute stroll down the beach.
Fabulous golf nearby. Try Heron Point, Atlantic Dunes, or the PGA Heritage Classic courses - all within 5 minute drive.
6 bedrooms each with a full bath. 5 king beds, a room with 4 bunk beds, and 2 sofa beds.
Hot tub heat is no additional cost, pool heat is an extra $1000/week (or market price of propane). But pool heat is definitely not needed from Apr to Oct.
Fully stocked kitchen with double ovens. 2 full new sets of pots and pans. Even a griddle. New coastal feel dining room. There are 2 downstairs bedrooms. The main bedroom and a smaller, very cute turtle room with a king, closet and full bath. All new living room set with 2 pullout couches, 65” tv, new chairs, 2 bar stool seating areas.
The HVAC is also upgraded to include an ionizing system which kills bacteria, molds and sanitizes and cleans the air..
Summer is prime time on Hilton Head. But, Spring and Fall are lovely, great for the beach, golf, tennis, and biking simply because it’s not as crowded and not as hot. The restaurants are open but readily available and uncrowded. Many local bars have theme, like Steelers Pizza or Bengals seafood and steaks or the Michigan or Penn State, Clemson, Buckeyes football hangouts. Enjoy all your favorite college or pro football at your teams local bar.
This house has been significantly upgraded for 2023. A full new backyard decking and infinity pool and new hot tub. The best back yard in HHI. Outdoor kitchen area pergola, fireplace with Adirondack chair seating area. The dining room Panoramic doors open fully onto the deck making the inside and the outside seamless.     ⁃    do not leave children unattended -
    ⁃    Children in the pool and hot tub must be accompanied by an adult
    ⁃    Quiet hours between 11pm -7am
-Alcoholic Beverages should not be used while swimming and hot tubbing.
-Pregnant women are not allowed in hot tub.
-People with high blood pressure are not allowed in hot tub
-hot tub no more than 20 minutes and not higher than 103 Temperature
-all dogs need to be on a leash or voice controlled when outside the house.
-do not leave the gas grill unattended while cooking.
-children must be supervised when outside at all times.
-in the bunk bedroom, children must be supervised getting in and out of beds and up down the ladder.
-only age appropriate children should be allowed in bunk bedroom, only children mature enough to sleep and use the bunks safely.
-no more than 6 cars in driveway per Sea Pines ordinance.
-trash day is Wednesday and Saturday early morning. Put trash out in service area cans by Friday night.
-trash cans should be kept in service shed at all times.
-per Sea Pines ordinance, trash cans  must be returned and not left in driveway or by the curb. Sea pines will assess fines to the renter.
-outdoor fans/light remotes are kept outside. If lost, there will be a $100 replacement cost
-when leaving outdoor area, please turn off fans/lights and put remotes back in their place.
