This property was all as advertised. The unit was updated and welcoming. I had a little hiccup in finding the unit but the host was easily accessible by phone and assisted me right away. The location was awesome and access to food, entertainment etc. was a plus.

Perfect for short stay

Very nice and quiet pool area, a couple of small mechanical issues, fan remote was missing and tv remote probably needed batteries, but very minor and did not disrupt or short stay.

This property was absolutely perfect for our getaway. It’s very clean, equipped with necessities, and above all the beds are so comfortable. Michael is so easy to deal with. Great communication!! Highly recommend!!!

This was a great stay for the price! Space looks exactly like the pictures, is clean and spacious. It doesn't have an oven but it has everything else you need to cook. There's ample parking space. The host responds quickly to any questions or concerns. The condo itself is very quiet and safe. Location is great! Average of 15 minutes of travel time to all Disney parks and ubers/lyfts were good prices. It's 30 mins away from the airport and downtown Orlando. Laundry is not in-unit but there’s a washer and dryer by the lobby. You need exact change to get tokens to use the laundry. Overall this was a great stay and definitely recommend to families and friends.

This property met all of our needs. The communication from the owner was awesome. He answered all of my questions very promptly. The apartment was spacious and clean. The pool area was definitely a bonus. Everyday it was clean. Would highly recommend this property .

Comfortable home away from home

I rented this condo for my 11 night stay while in Florida watching college softball. After long days at the ball field it was nice to get back and be able to relax. The pool and hot tub areas were great! The wifi worked perfectly making it possible to remote in to work as needed. Would definitely stay again! Easy check in and out! Close to all the attractions, easy to get to. Nice and convenient!

Good place for a quick stay

My family and I stayed on the property for 3 days before our Disney resort stay. It was a great small place to stay in. The only complaint was that it was advertised as having a pull out bed couch but when we tried to use it, it was broken. I did reach out to the owner and was told maintenance would come check it out however that did not happen as we were leaving the next day: overall a decent place to stay in for the price . Owner is very communicative and allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier

Beautiful Condo

Nice condo and clean. Air for the humid days. Two cozy beds and a pull out futon. View of a nice pond. I purchased a carbon monoxide detector, as there was not one, for everyone to use in the future! We went to universal and it was located just outside which was nice for traffic purposes. A nice outlet store nearby. Publix down the road, same with target and Walmart.

Well..Although the management was quick to respond, walked into an apartment that was close to 90..The dresser and nightstands were sticky to the touch..The fridge opened into the bistro chair (a simple fix)..Pool wasn't accessible til after 9am.. (not very accommodating for a 10am checkout)Tvs remotes need new batteries or something..Not easy to use... not easy to navigate apps..We wont return..A Hotel is much more accommodating

Hello, I'm sorry about your experinece. The AC was fixed within 1 hour and as you arrived early this did not affect your scheduled stay. The pool times are stated on the listing and beyond our control and we'll look into the the other issues you mentioned.
