Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a bathtub with jets. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the guest room, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Incredible stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was absolutely perfect! I went up with a group of six for school trip and we couldn't have asked for a better set up. It really helped us bond as a group and has a wonderfully home-y feel.

As advertised

We have stayed in a different unit in the past so we knew what to expect as far as location and getting to the slopes. Being able to walk to the slope is critical because parking at Sugar Mt. is limited. The checkin process is VERY inconvenient. You have to actually go pick up keys from the office versus a lockbox/electronic lock which would be SO much better. You also have to drop the keys back off at the office so if you plan to ski the last day you have to fight traffic to do so. Other than that the property was just as expected and we had a great time.

Skiing during Mardi Gras

We had a great stay for Mardi Gras. Condo was perfectly located and the boys loved it. Everything was just as advertised. Will stay again.

Great place to stay while skiing

Stayed here while teaching my 5 year old how to ski and it worked out great. The walk down to the slopes has a lot of steps, or it's just a short drive to ski parking lot.
