Appartement typique avec ses murs de briques ,sa décoration soignée et ses grands volumes.
On peut aussi se garer dans la courette et ranger les vélos à l'intérieur.
Il est très bien situé (centre-ville et ).
Par temps couvert il manque de lumière naturelle !
