Rent holiday house ideally located in Saint Jean de Vedas. The rented property is located on the first floor of a detached house in a residential area. All amenities are 3 minutes by car. Tram line 2 is 15 minutes walk.
The house redone in 2018 includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, cutlery ...) with large table for 8 people, a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks , 2 large rooms of approximately 25 to 30m² that can easily accommodate 4 people each.
In bedroom 1 you will find a double bed 140, 2 children's beds 1. 60m long, a desk and a small sofa. In the second bedroom you will find a bed 140, 2 single beds, a sofa bed and a desk.
You have an outside of 120m ² with deck chairs and outdoor table.
The accommodation can be rented by the week (from June to September) or from 3 nights all the rest of the year.
