This is our second time at this location and we love this house! Plenty of room for two families to spread out. Just note it’s on a busy street and two cars is all you will get in the driveway but that’s not an issue for us! See you next year!

Overall our stay was good. The home provided many amenities that were useful and the common spaces were big enough for our family to hang out together. The management company was really responsive. It was a huge bummer that the heater on the spa and pool was not working. The adults were really looking forward to using those amenities and they couldn’t because it was too cold for them. But again overall it was good!

The property was okay overall, but the listing photos make it look nicer and more polished than it actually is. The location was excellent, and the hosts had outstanding communication. They were responsive and quick to address concerns, which we genuinely appreciated.Unfortunately, the property's condition fell short of expectations, particularly regarding comfort and safety with our toddler.The living room coffee table was so unstable that a light touch could tip it over. The children's play table and chairs upstairs were similarly wobbly and were removed by maintenance.The AC was located upstairs and struggled to cool the downstairs. Despite running all day at the instructed minimum of 70F, downstairs was uncomfortably hot when we returned after 10 p.m. It improved after several days of continuous running, though outdoor temperatures had also cooled. The upstairs bunk bed had an extremely thin, sagging mattress and squeaked loudly, so we initially slept downstairs despite the heat.The pool was dirty upon arrival, though the hosts promptly arranged cleaning. The backyard pergola had broken slats that had fallen into the area below, making us uncomfortable using that space. We also killed at least five large spiders inside.It's disappointing to leave a lower rating because the hosts were wonderful, but the property needs maintenance and quality improvements to match the listing and provide a more comfortable, safe experience.

Good home base for long disney days. Host was responsive and helpful. Not the most flexibility most of which seems to be regional requirements and not the host but you'll need to go in with that in mind

Great Family Place for Disneyland

We had a great trip, Funtierland was always quick to respond. We went to Disneyland and the beach and the location was perfect for us.

The pool was not heated, but I knew that. The Jacuzzi was supposed to be heated and it wasn’t. The backyard was outdated. There was trash in the foliage. The barbecue area was falling apart. The house itself was beautiful and very clean.

Nice open kitchen made it easy to cook for the family. Hot tub and pool setup was excellent - fun for both kids and adults. Enough room for everyone to sit down to eat or play games. Host was quick to respond to problems.

Great location, close to Disneyland.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and the pool and game room was a plus. The kids had a blast. Very close to Disneyland, great for carpooling and Uber.

Disneyland Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub were incredible! The kids were in the pool anytime we were home! It was a great home in a safe location with a short Uber ride to Disneyland! We loved it! Thank you so much!

Great place near theme parks

Great place to stay near theme parks! Quick drive to parking. Place is a little dated but worked well for our large family! Communication with hosts at any time of day via text was great! Would stay again.

What a perfect place to stay for our Disney vacation! House was clean and very spacious for the 4 of us! We only got to use the pool/backyard on our last day since we were at the parks the rest of the time, but it was so comfortable to unwind out there. It was easy to schedule a Lyft to and from the parks (only about an 7-9 minute ride depending on traffic). Funtierland was very communicative before and throughout the visit. Will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Anaheim!

Great place to stay!

We had a fabulous time here. It was big enough for 10 of us, half adults, half kids. It was about 15 min drive to Disney and close the restaurants and groceries. The pool/spa was nice when we used it on our rest day.

Great quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay there. 5 minute drive to Disney. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house was nice and spacious with lots of room to spread out. Wonderful pool area for the kids and even a game room to keep them entertained.

Great place

We had the best time, the hot tub and pool were so much fun and the home was the perfect size for all 13 of us. Property management group was also amazing to work with and responded immediately to any requests we had. It’s very close to Disney and was just a great place to stay, we would do it again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Disneyland home away from home

Great location only a 3-5 min drive to Disneyland. Nice home with adequate space for a large family and/or extended family. Outdoor space was perfect for non-park days. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

SoCal Spring Break

This is a very nice property with a fantastic backyard and pool area. There were plenty of bedrooms for our group and lots of space to spread out. The house was well furnished for our visit and was an enjoyable place to stay.

Winter break
