Parking can be tight; we’ll update the listing to set clearer expectations. We’ve ordered replacement TV remotes and will verify all remotes and TVs before each stay. Apologies that hand soap and trash bags were missing — those items have been added to our pre-arrival checklist and supplies have been restocked. Plumbing maintenance is scheduled to clear the slow shower drains. The rear bedroom light/fan chain will be repaired, and we’ll add anti-slip strips to the interior and exterior stairs per your suggestion.
