Schönes großes Haus Für einen perfekten Familienurlaub

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Service, wenn mal was nicht funktioniert hat. Hier wurde sofort reagiert und wir mussten nicht lange warten. Das Haus war wie im letzten Jahr in einem sehr guten Zustand. Im letzten und in diesem Jahr hatten wir wieder Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser beim duschen. Das ist bei zehn Personen darunter fünf Kindern immer eine stressige Situation beim duschen. Eventuell könnte man sich jetzt sowas überlegen.

La casa es maravillosa,nosotros estuvimos en el puente de la constitución y pasamos unos días geniales. Una atención increíble por parte de 5estarhome. Enhorabuena por vuestro trabajo. Great clean villa, plenty of room for the 10 of us. Nothing that could be done but we had hoped to spend a few nights at the villa doing BBQ’s but due to location there was so many mosquitoes at night we couldn’t sit outside on the patio

The villa is wonderful. It’s beautifully renovated, very well equipped and in a lovely location. The walk to the centre of Sa Pobla is about 10 minutes, and there are lots of small rural unmade roads on which to walk, run or cycle. The area is agricultural so you will hear associated noise, but for us it wasn’t a problem. I thoroughly recommend it. A new clothes airer and some towel hooks in the bedrooms/bathrooms. Otherwise it’s pretty much perfect!

Eine wunderschöne Finca mit tollem Außenbereich

Die Finca ist in einem tollem Zustand, sehr schöne Küche, zu dem geschmackvolle Zimmer und Bäder. Vor allem hat uns der Außenbereich sehr gefallen, der Pool ist traumhaft und die Wiese lud zum Spielen ein. Wir haben die Ruhe für sehr genossen. Eine Grillplatzecke mit Sonnensegel wäre noch schön. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte leider nicht mehr richtig, er trocknete das Geschirr nicht und wir mussten alles noch abtrocknen.

Tolle schlichtes und klares Ambiente. Große Zimmer , tolle Bäder, sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. All in allem sehr weit gedacht, ob es die Gefriertruhe , die Abstellkammer oder aber auch das Außen- WC ist. Alles top top! Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte optimiert werden: mehr und bessere Messer , evtl mehrere Schüsseln Handtuchhalter in den Bädern . Evtl unterschiedliche Farben der Handtücher um eine eindeutige Zuordnung für die Gäste zu haben

Wunderschöne Villa mit großem Pool!

Wir hatten die Villa für 14 Tage gebucht. Da wir nur zu viert waren hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Die Villa selbst bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Die Villa war für unseren Geschmack top ausgestattet (Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Hand- und Badetücher, etc.). Der Pool ist super schön angelegt und am tiefsten Punkt ca. 1,80m tief. Das lädt natürlich zum Springen ein ;-). Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und liebevoll angelegt und bietet Platz ohne Ende. Es gibt auch ein gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer samt WC im Außenbereich. Für Fernsehabende kann man sich direkt am TV Gerät mit seinem Amazon oder Netflix Account anmelden - wenn man will. W-Lan funktioniert am gesamten Grundstück hervorragend und recht schnell. Zum Einkaufen gibt es in der Nähe verschiedene Geschäfte – vom Obst- und Gemüsehändler bis zum Lidl. Alles nur ca. 2-3 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Nähe zu beliebten Stränden und Buchten hat uns besonders gefallen, da man überall von Nord-Ost bis Nord West in weniger als 30-40min ist. Nach Muro oder Alcudia kommt man in ca. 15min. Das Haus ist recht abgelegen, weshalb man komplett ungestört ist, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Rundherum ist das Umland zwar nicht sehr schön, aber das Grundstück ist mit einer schönen Mauer bzw. hohen Sträuchern umgeben, weshalb das nicht stört. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Oase. Wir haben die Tage in der Villa Es Moli d´en Sion sehr genossen und können mit Freude 5 Sterne geben.

Wonderful villa for a fantastic family holiday!

The Son Amer Vila was an absolute dream! When we arrived we were just blown away by its rural location and it’s internal facilities. It’s been maintained to a really high standard .. even the beds are comfortable which is a rarity! My 2 sons (7yrs and 4yrs) said it was like their 2nd home and they didn’t want to leave! The pool was a perfect size for us all and the gardens were beautiful. The views from the villa were breathtaking. I would highly recommend the villa for both adults and children alike.

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig in einer landwirtschaftlich genutzten Gegend. Traumhafter Blick durch eine riesige Fensterfront auf die Berge und die weite Landschaft. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Zentraler Standort, gut für Ausflüge zur Erkundung der Insel. Die Eigentümer-Familie wohnt in der Nachbarschaft und ist sehr nett. Die Vermittlerfirma 5starshome ist unzuverlässig und nicht empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschön angelegtem Garten.

Wir haben unseren Hebsturlaub (Ende Oktober, Anfang November 2017) in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort und haben sehr gerne in der geschmackvollen Küche gekocht, den Garten genossen und unsere Kinder waren sogar fast täglich im kalten, aber sauberen Pool kurz schwimmen. Der liebevoll angelegte Garten und die bequemen Liegestühle haben uns eine gute Erholung gebracht. Die herzlichen und freundlichen Besitzer haben uns freundlich empfangen und sind sehr hilfsbereit. An dieser Stelle vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Son Amer sehr genossen. Das Haus ist modern und hell eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der lichtdurchflutete Wohn-/Essbereich läd auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit, wenn man nicht mehr die Abende draußen verbringen kann, zum Relaxen ein. Die Küche ist sehr schön und wir waren überrascht, was alles vorhanden war (div. Getränke wie Wasser, Bier, Radler, Wein im Kühlschrank/ verschiedene Gewürze/ Essig und Öl/Kaffee/div. Teesorten etc. ebenso Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs, Flüssigseife. Sogar Grillkohle und Grillanzünder waren vorhanden. Desweiteren war die Villa blitzsauber, der Garten und die Terrasse sehr gepflegt. Die Eigentümer wohnen zwar auf dem Nachbargrundstück (allerdings mit anderer Zuwegung!), sind aber absolut unaufdringlich und überdies noch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (Müll wird entsorgt, auf Mallorca eher eine Seltenheit). Außerdem ist die Lage der Villa sehr gut. Unser Lieblingsstrand Playa de Muro ist sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen, ebenso die schönen Orte wie Pollença und zum Beispiel Port d'Alcudia, die wir sehr mögen. Fazit: Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden. Der Blick auf die Berge, die Weitläufigkeit der umliegenden Felder und das schöne In- und Exterieur sorgen für eine sehr entspannte Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Unser Dank gilt der Verwaltungsagentur 5starshome, deren Chef Herr Pons uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat und der unglaublich serviceorientiert und kompetent mit seinen Gästen umgeht.

Wundervolle Villa zum entspannen.

Wir waren im Juni 2017 für 12 Tage in diesem sehr gepflegten Haus. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Rand von Sa Pobla. Zum Meer sind es etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben das Haus genauso vorgefunden wie es im Internet beschrieben war. Die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen direkt hinter dem Haus. Haben uns aber nie gestört. Wer also Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist in diesem Haus sehr gut aufgehoben.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Finca und Pool

Es war ein schöner Urlaub für uns. Die Finca war vollkommen und für die Familie ausreichend. Die Anlage mit den Pflanzen ist schön, sie müssen nur noch wachsen, damit man auch dort etwas Schatten hat. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat mir gut gefallen und es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Leider gab es keine Eierbecher und wir mußten uns anders behelfen.Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten mit denen man leben kann. Ich werde die Finca auch weiter meinen Freuden empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Ihre Fam. Traumhaus für die ganze Familie!

Wir haben ein sauberes und tolles Ferienhaus vorgefundenen! Die Eigentühmer waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt! Es wurde täglich der Rasen gewässert, der Hausmüll wurde uns abgenommen und der Pool hatte klares Brunnenwasser! Der tolle Ausblick auf das Tramuntaragebirge hat uns morgens und Abends am besten gefallen. Endlich auch einmal Betten mit super bequemen Matratzen und die Klimaanlage funktionierte klasse. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen, es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung angegeben! Gern wären wir nächstes Jahr wiedergekommen, aber es ist leider ausgebucht. Der reibungslose Ablauf mit Fe-Wo und der nette Kontakt zu den Eigentümern haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht.
