Nice T2 near market and beaches with private garden in quiet street
Apartment located on the ground floor of a building of 7 units in a quiet street, one way and with free parking spaces. It includes an entrance and a private garden of 25m2 equipped with a table, chairs, umbrella and chilean colors of DINARD to relax. It has a living room / kitchen equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, TV, Wifi ...). The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, washing machine and towel dryer. The room is located on the inner courtyard side of the building, quiet and not overlooked. You just have to go down the street to reach the market place, a market that takes place on Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays and Les Halles are open from Tuesday to Sunday every morning. It is close to shops (downtown, Intermarché ...), bars and restaurants. It is near the beaches (Lock and Priory) and bus stops to discover the coast, Saint Malo, Dinan, Rennes ... Its location will allow you to discover DINARD and its activities on foot!
