This cottage, affectionately named "La Petite Maison" (The Little House), is attached to a main house. It is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor: - a living/dining room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen - a utility room with a washing machine - a separate toilet Upstairs: - a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) - a shower room - a separate toilet Outside: - two small walled courtyards with gates, one on either side of the house (one leading to the living room and the other to the kitchen) - two terraces, one with sun loungers and a relaxation area, the other with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue Parking is available in front of the property, on the street. For a relaxing, cocoon-like holiday, you've come to the right place! Close to the shops and beaches of the charming seaside resort of Dinard, there's nothing better than leaving the car at the cottage and exploring on foot! Just 2 km away, stroll through Port Breton Park and admire the sea from Prieuré Beach or along the Clair de Lune promenade. Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted: the GR34 trail is within easy walking distance, perfect for discovering the gems of the Emerald Coast, and the "Voie 2 Bretagne" cycle route (from Saint-Malo to Arzal) is just 1.2 km away. On the other side of the dam, visit the walled city of Saint-Malo (11 km) or Saint-Suliac, a former fishing village on the banks of the Rance River, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France (16 km).
