About this property

Beautiful villa to enjoy the joys of summer in a quiet environment.

This is our family home! We wish to rent it to families for 7 days at least. We can adapt the stay 1 day before and:or 1 day after.

Beautiful villa of 145 m2 with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. A swimming pool 8m / 4m, a petanque and a large plot of 4000 m2.
Almost no vis-à-vis. It is very quiet, sporty and bright.
The house is facing the garden with a large covered terrace at the end of the living room, a dining area and an outdoor lounge area. Another terrace is protected by the vegetation side kitchen. The pool enjoys sun exposure all day long with plenty of space for sunbathing. The bay windows are open and fully open to the outside.

Access to scrubland for walks or mountain biking is immediate. You will have the feeling of being in the countryside, with the advantages of the village and the nearby city. Nîmes and its historical sites are reachable in 10 minutes of car, count 40 minutes for Montpellier and the beach.

Peaceful and restful week

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Pascal’s house. The interior was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed. The pool was welcome in the heat and there were lots of outside areas to sit in the shade or in the sun. The bedrooms could do with air-conditioning but each had a fan, which helped the heat at night. An Intermarche is within walking distance which was well stocked for all our food. Nimes is close for some culture and we enjoyed a trip to the coast to Grau du Roi but mostly enjoyed relaxing by the pool! Thank you, Pascal!

Emplacement idéal si vous recherchez le calme et/ou un endroit où vous ressourcer. Vous serez à 15 minutes de Nîmes et à 40 minutes des plages. Dommage que le village n’organise pas des festivals ou soirées comme d’autres villages

La villa, les équipements sont encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos et la description. Ultra fonctionnelle, bien équipée, moderne, bonne literie. La piscine extra, belle dimension et super bien exposée. Terrain au calme sans vis à vis avec de belles tomates dans le jardin.On a adoré et merci pour la Clim mobile ultra appréciée avec les fortes chaleurs. Propriétaires très sympathiques et arrangeants. Merci encore !

A holiday to remember!

We have had a lovely holiday in Caveirac. We enjoyed staying “at home” for the day, relaxing by the pool, play some jeu de boules or pingpong and ending the day with a bbq or teppaniaki. The other days we went on a daytrip for a drive of max 1 hour (one way): Pont du Gard, Fos-sur-mer, Aigues-Mortes and les Salins, Grau-du-roi, Sommieres, Nimes… All we needed was closeby. A 5 star rating in many ways. If we should give advise for amelioration, it could be airconditioning and extra shade (parasol or…) to sit close to the pool on the sunbeds.

Maison de rêve baignant dans la tranquillité, et pourtant proche de tout.

Hôtes très agréables, maison dotée de plusieurs espaces ombragés permettant de profiter pleinement d'un jardin et d'une piscine rafraîchissante. Tout cela donnant envie de déménager dans cette belle région.

La réalité est encore plus jolie et plus belle que les photos

Paradisiaque et aménagée avec goût. On s'y sent comme chez nous de suite et la maison communique avec la nature. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables. Le village est pittoresque et charmant et les habitants très sympathiques. Merci à vous Mr et Mme Guillou
