An authentic and ancient jewel (late 18th century) built with the beautiful Langa stone; a vast abode with two magnificent and fully accessible gardens. Perfect for fine dining al fresco and a good rest, after visiting the local wineries and the gorgeous country around Loazzolo.
Casa Clelia and the hamlet of Loazzolo are the ideal place for artist retreats, yoga and meditation workshops, and diverse and select food and wine itineraries. Tranquility, a beautiful landscape and a thriving nature are its distinctive features. A house perfectly designed for every type of stay, and one that will feel naturally like your own as soon as you step inside.
Be aware that if you check in after 8pm there is a cash surcharge of 30 euros that goes directly to the person who will check you in.
If the check in is between 10pm and 12am the surcharge is 50 euros.

Absolutely beautiful house in quite village, large garden to enjoy wine and evenings. Wine bar 100m from the house. Communicate with owner was super easy. Highly recommended. We are going back no doubt

This is a lovely house in a very quiet little village. It is a little difficult to get to and very remote. There was no option for any kind of food or dining. The only cafe in this tiny town was closed except weekends. We did stay in the off season, so not sure what the situation would be in the summer. The nearest option for a market or dining was a 30 minute drive on very narrow winding roads. We still enjoyed or stay. The views of the local area are lovely. The village sits high up and is surrounded by hills and vineyards. Not all of the views in the photos of the property are from the house. Some are taken from a short walk from the house. It was very quiet. We never saw more than four or five other people in the village when we walked about exploring. We very much enjoyed the stay.

Family visit

This is a wonderful house with eclectic art and interesting furniture. It is very charming and authentic. I would recommend it to any one who is physically fit and driving a small car. It was a little bit challenging for us because my mother is quite old and not able to walk long distances. We also had a larger rental car because she is handicapped and uses a walker, and it is almost impossible to maneuver around the small roads of the town unless you have a tiny car or park farther away and just walk up to the house.So it is a wonderful place in a very small and beautiful town with one very good restaurant that is open on the weekends. It is also good to note that you should be an excellent driver because the roads are very narrow and windy for about 20 minutes as you approach the town.

Schönes altes und gut restauriertes Haus mit Garten in kleinem Dorf auf dem Berg

Nur die Anfahrt über kleine kurvenreiche Straßen ( mit traumhaften Panorama) fordert Konzentration. Dann belohnt die Casa Clelia mit ausreichend Platz, guter Küchenausstattung und sehr schönem Garten die Angekommenen! Viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele (Asti, Alba, Aqui Terme etc.) sind in maximal 1 Stunde erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Objekt in einem pitoreskem Dorf. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail kunstvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Zimmer, tolle Küche die alles bietet. Lediglich die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Am Anfang ging die Heizung nicht, das wurde aber einen Tag später prompt erledigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat super geklappt. Ich würde dieses Objerk jederzeit empfehlen

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einem wunderschönen Ort

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr verwinkelt und die Zimmer sind über mehrere Etagen verteilt. Überall sieht man die Liebe zum Detail. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Betreuung vor Ort und auch vor dem Aufenthalt ist excellent und liebevoll. Die Restauranttipps sind ebenso ausgezeichnet. Das fußläufige Restaurant hat leider nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Das Essen und die Weinauswahl dort ist überragend.Loazzolo ist wunderschön gelegen und hat tolle Weingüter mit Weinen zu angenehmen Preisen.wir waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Ein großes altes Haus mit Stil, mitten im Dorf und doch ganz ruhig. Das Restaurant in der Nähe hat eine hervorragende Küche, leider ist es nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Die Landschaft ist herrlich. Es gibt zahlreiche Weingüter die ausgezeichnete Weine zu vernünftigen Preisen anbieten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

La casa è bella e accogliente, magnifici anche il giardino e la depandance. Loazzolo è una piccola perla da scoprire, con i suoi paesaggi immersi nei vigneti e le tante attività da svolgere in zona. Ein Ort zum Sein

Die Casa Clélia muss man Tür für Tür entdecken - zwei Küchen, schöne Zimmer zum Sein mit Bibliothek und Schlafzimmer für Siesta und erholsame Nächte. Die Überraschung war das Studio oder Atelier-Haus mit Büchern, Kunst und Antiquitäten, das vom Garten aus den Gästen offen steht - ein kühler Ort der Ruhe. Der Garten ist ein Traum zum Sein. Wir sechs Geschwister (59 - 72) haben es sehr genossen, von hier aus die wunderschöne Umgebung zu entdecken. Geheimtipp: die neu eröffnete Bar im Ort - LA SOSTA IN LANGA in Loazzolo. Atmosfere d’autunno in un paesino d’altri tempi

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni con amici in questa bellissima casa, ancora più bella che nelle foto. Grande e articolata, pulita e confortevole, ci siamo sentiti subito “a casa”. Elisabetta, pur non sul luogo, è stata attenta e presente tramite una comunicazione veloce e informale. Wohlgefühl im Juwel auf dem Berg

Casa Clelia ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes, altes Anwesen, das sehr geschmackvoll und stimmig eingerichtet ist. Es gibt sehr viele schöne Gemälde und Kunstobjekte. Auch der umschlossene Garten ist sehr schön. Alles, was man in Küche und im Bad braucht, ist vorhanden. Elisabetta, die Gastgeberin, steht einem mit Ratschlägen stets zur Verfügung. Um Loazzolo herum kann man prima wandern und die nahegelegenen Orte Bubbio und Canelli sind mit dem Auto -in kurvenreicher Fahrt- schnell zu erreichen, hier findet man Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt.

Che dire? Tutto magnifico! la casa e' letteralmente splendida cosi' come splendida e' stata la Signora Sandra che ci ha accolti. Elisabetta, oltreoceano, host cortesissima e presente! Esperienza perfetta

Ottima esperienza per chi desidera un luogo isolato in cui poter soggiornare. I ristoranti più interessanti sono a una decina di minuti di macchina. La zona è silenziosa a esclusione di un campanile non molto distante dall'abitazione. La casa è molto pulita e la proprietaria è sempre disponibile per eventuali richieste.

Propriétaire très aimable

Nous avons loué cette maison puis, à cause d'un imprévu de dernière, avons dû renoncer à nos vacances à contrecoeur. Avant le début de notre location, la propriétaire a été très réactive et aimable lors de nos échanges. Nous aurions vraiment aimé passer quelques jours dans cette maison, et nous essaierons de louer de nouveau si on en a l'opportunité.
