The new apartment (December 2018), is located in the heart of the resort on the slopes, bright with a large balcony facing south. Its location allows you to stay without a car. You will also have a private closed garage located opposite the entrance to the residence (very practical! ) and a private ski locker with electric blower boot dryer (very comfortable!)

The apartment consists of 3 rooms for a surface of 60 m² and has a balcony of 12 m².

Description: an entrance with wardrobe, an independent WC, a kitchen-living room of 27m2, a master suite with double bed 160 x 200, storage + wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower and WC, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds or 4 beds in 90 x 190 storage and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, washing machine.
You will find in the kitchen everything you need to treat your tribe, a raclette machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the cookware.
The apartment also benefits from a beautiful outdoor space and ideal sunshine due to the location of the apartment (facing south facing the slopes).

This apartment with its location, its chalet spirit and its neat decoration in the Savoyard spirit is without context the ideal place for your mountain holidays in summer and winter.
