Oceanfront-Nicest on the Beach! Full late 2025 Renovation!!


This oceanfront home is one of the best on the Oregon Coast. Steps to the famous Seaside Promenade yet has the privacy one wants. Step directly onto the Oregon Coast from your deck.

The main floor has large oceanfront living room, large open Kitchen and eating Nook, large Family room with Dining area, Oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and private bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 set of bunks. 2nd full bath off the hall. 4 the bedroom is a small windowless with Queen bed, also there is a Queen bed in lower family room and full bath with tub/shower

large covered back deck with gas fire pit.

The lower level has another space that has a Queen bed and another small windowless room with a twin bed. 1 full bath. I refer to this area as the teen area
with lower ceilings. Very comfortable newer beds. Great area for the kids to get away from the parents and make lots of noise.

You will enjoy having a BBQ while watching the sunset. This home is furnished with every possible luxury that a person might want while enjoying their vacation on the Oregon Coast.

The house was beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms etc. however, better window treatments are a must in the bedrooms. 6am we were woken up because it was so light in the room. Half a mile walk to seaside but super easy once on the Prom. Didn’t like having someone come to repair a shower stall (when it wasn’t broken) while we were not at the house. They should have waited until we were back so I could put my valuables away. Overall would definitely rent again. Very nice place and the view was amazing

We have repeated rented this for a family gathering on the coast. It is truly excellent in every way. We have noticed and used many of the recent improvements. Especially the new fire pit on the back patio. We cannot give the host enough kudos and well done.

Very surprised how beautiful the remodel of this home was! Everything was amazing quality from all the furniture, beds, towels, blankets, ect. The location couldn't be more perfect. Nice walk to town, steps away from the promenade board walk, very short walk to the beach itself making it easy even with kids. Amazing views. Off from main roads so it felt very safe. Lots of room for a large family to stretch out comfortably. Would love to stay here again!

Thank you for your review. I am happy you enjoyed our Beach Home. You are correct; we are Oceanfront 1 block North of the end of the Promenade sidewalk. The Promenade ends at 12th Ave and our home is at 13th and Prom. You can see several blocks down the Prom from the living room windows and direct Ocean Front while not having many people walking in front of your vacation home giving you more privacy. Please check google maps or google earth to see exact location. 1303 N Prom Seaside Oregon

We have returned to this property for many years. Its location makes the walk to town easy. It is stocked with everything you need for cooking, hanging out on the deck, and playing in the sand. Highly reccomend.

A Gorgeous spot in Seaside

This beach house is in a perfect location. There are beautiful views from the front rooms and a secluded feel even though you are also only steps away from the promenade. The downstairs layout is a little weird, but everyone in our group, from 5 to 55 had an excellent vacation!

What makes this property unique

Walk to the Outlet Mall, Movie Theater, Down Town, stroll on the Boardwalk, or crab/fish of the 12th Ave bridge. while still maintaining some sense of privacy.

Also we have renovated over the years and thing this is the best we done and hope all out guest enjoy their time in our home.
