150m2 house, very bright in a typical Provencal village, in a quiet residential area, near Aix and Marseille (20 minutes outside working hours), 30 minutes from the beaches of the blue coast, 10 minutes from the beaches of the Etang de Berre. 45 min from the Camargue, Avignon, Isle sur la Sorgue and Arles. 10 min from the vineyards of the hillsides of Aix.
Very little overlooked.
Air conditioning in the master bedroom (bed 160) and in the child's bedroom with a single bed. No air conditioning in the room with bz 140 (bultex mattress).
Private 9 * 5 pool. Enclosed garden of 500m2. 2 bathrooms, including a dedicated master bedroom. 2 parking spaces.
