Independent apartment of 110 square meters, in front of the beach of the Red Margin (last stretch of Poetto), located in a property where there is also the main house. E 'consists of 2 bedrooms, each with heat pump (4/5 places), 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine), lounge with TV and heating, kitchen with all appliances (oven, microwave and dishwasher ), outdoor area with barbecue, table and relaxation area. Parking. Wi fi free. To reach the beach just across the road. Next to the entrance is the bus stop of line (PF and PQ) that allow you to reach the center of St. Helens and Cagliari in a short time. The house is in Via L. da Vinci, the way to the famous seaside resort on the south coast of Sardinia as Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas, Villasimius and Costa Rei. The area has all services them: newsstands, bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, church and bus stop. The Elmas airport is about 15 minutes. Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen is provided. E 'can, on request, to have all the equipment for children and babies.

We hebben een zeer fijn verblijf gehad in de woning. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en de woning was alles van alle gemakken voorzien. Parkeren op eigen terrein was ook erg prettig. Klein minpunt is de drukke straat die je ook 's avonds nog hoort.

bel appartement et excellent accueil

nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement ou rien ne manque, climatisation, pièces spacieuses et propres matériel de cuisine bien équipé et jolie terrasse avec barbecue. L'accès à la plage est direct, il suffit de traverser la route et on peut garer son véhicule dans la cour. Un petit bémol, deux chaises longues de plage seraient les bienvenues

Very convenient stay & very nice host

I would definitely stay here again - the location as great and the host is very kind and responsive. You can walk to the beach across the street & to shops to get what you need and there are ample buses. If you drive there is a private parking space inside the gate where the house is, which is very convenient. If you do plan on driving to other beaches there are gorgeous ones within 1 hour or so. The street in front of the house is a little busy with cars so you do hear some of that noise from the bedrooms, but if the window is closed it's very manageable and not that bad (I'm including this detail in case someone is a very light sleeper, in which case it might be good to bring earplugs). The house is very clean and very well stocked with anything you'd need to cook a meal and relax and enjoy your vacation.

Location bien placée

location conforme à l annonce. Maison tres bien équipée. Barbara et Stephano sont charmants La climatisation dans les chambres est un plus. L’idéal pendant votre séjour etant d avoir une voiture car sinon le déplacement peut être long et compliqué et ce sera un grand plus si vous souhaitez vous rendre sur les belles plages. Le fait que la location soit au même endroit que la maison de Barbara ne gêne en rien car vous êtes autonomes et pas en liaison direct avec la maison de Barbara. Cette derniere et sa famille etant tres discret.

El apartamento es tal cuál se ve en las fotos, está muy bien ubicado, para visitar la zona sur, enfrente de la playa de Poetto. No le falta detalle, muy limpio, muy cómodo y amplio, y tanto Barbara como su marido, nos dieron la bienvenida y fueron muy atentos. Un alojamiento de 10, tanto para ir con amigos, como con niños.

Wonderful in every aspect!

The property is very comfortable in every manner and really well equipped. Top location with the beach just across the street, buss stop just outside, 30 minutes drive to the airport and about 40 minutes drive to Villasimius with lots of beautiful beaches. Barbara, the owner, will walk an extra mile to make sure you have everything you need and a little bit more. Both house and beach is perfect for kids as well. We had a great time, fantastic from start to finish! Highly recommend this house.

Vacanza ideale per famiglie

Accoglienza ottima, massima disponibilità dei proprietari, la casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, confortevole, pulita, ideale anche per vacanze con bambini. Mare e spiaggia puliti, raggiungibili in un minuto da casa. Posizione strategica sia per chi ha voglia di fermarsi un po', sia per chi desidera raggiungere località rinomate del sud della Sardegna. Senz'altro torneremo!
