Room worth the value but does not have hot tub, pool, or laundry access
The room completely met expectations. The problem was we did not have access to the clubhouse/hot tub/laundry as the key card did not work. The text string with the Vacasa staff could be great material for a comedian. Very nice while completely incompetent relative to solving the problem. Round and round over our 10 day stay telling us what we should do to solve it, such as telling me multiple times to contact the HOA who told us they could only deal with the owner. Or that we may be at the wrong clubhouse (we were not). Whatever the owner is paying Vacasa is too much.

Not great, filthy club house.
The condo was clean, but lacked activities, games and common cooking spices. The beds were uncomfortable. We left early because my family slept miserably. The couch is peeling and leaves pleather flecks all over you. Walls are paper thin, and the club house is filthy! We won't stay here again.

Great location
This is in a great location. If you are looking for a place to stay with easy access to several ski resorts, it's perfect! The cons: the property is very dated and could use a makeover. The beds are not that comfortable, the dishwasher is very loud, it has a small TV with VHS hookup, missing a chair in the kitchen, and the neighbors upstairs sound like they are in the room with you which is very awkward and annoying. It is on the second floor with no elevators. If there were elevators, I did not see any. It did serve it's purpose for our family though and we had a wonderful long weekend of great skiing!

It was okay.
It was okay. It was older than we expected once we got there. The couch was very worn and used. The carpets need to be replaced. We have little kids that play on the floor and I didn’t feel like it wasn’t very clean for that. The extra bedroom (kids) room was extremely cold at night. The heater worked well everywhere else but that room. They came to look at it for us and said the whole heating system works with the whole building so it’s fighting for heat at night when it’s super cold is what we were told. Nothing they could do because technically it worked. My kids were freezing both nights. We were hot in the master bedroom. They have space heaters but I wasn’t comfortable leaving my kids in the room alone with a plugged in space heater. Thank goodness we brought along extra blankets. Everything was pretty clean for the most part with how old it is. Everything we needed was there regarding cooking and bathing. The toilet needed wiped down in the front. The kitchen cabinets need a good wipe down with Clorox. Also behind the kitchen sink wall. The sliding glass door wasn’t locked so we had to make sure that was locked at night. It only has one deadlock on the main door. Additional locks from the inside would make us feel safer there. The kids were super excited for the game room and we were super disappointed because it cost a $1 for all the games. We were expecting it to be free. We only stayed for two nights so we made it work. We wouldn’t have stayed longer mostly because of the heat issue. It looks like it’s on the 1st floor according to the pictures but it’s really on the 2nd floor.
