Grazioso appartamento a Santa Caterina

Appartamento a Santa Caterina, vicino Gallipoli e a spiagge molto belle come Porto Selvaggio, Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla. Santa Caterina secondo me è veramente graziosa la sera con il suo bel lungo mare e i suoi ristorantini. L'appartamento è molto bello e dispone di tutto l'occorrente per un piacevole soggiorno.

Sweet Home!

Finalmente una vera Holiday Home. Per l' ordine, la cura e la pulizia sembra di essere nella propria casa; infatti il gentile proprietario mi ha confermato che viene condivisa solo in alcune settimane della stagione Estiva. Ogni servizio descritto è presente e funzionante. Dal vivo è ancora più bella e alcuni particolari sono nuovi rispetto alle foto. La location è invidiabile per gli amanti della tranquillità ma basta spostarsi a trecento metri percorrendo a piedi la pineta o in auto la stradina a curve per raggiungere il caratteristico centro di Santa Caterina con le due spiaggette ed il lido sulle rocce. Presenti ristoranti, bar e market. La vita notturna è piacevole con intrattenimenti in piazzetta e nei vicini locali per tutte le età e ad ogni ora. Mangiato bene al Barrueco i primi piatti e la pizza fritta. Ottima la pizza da Sopra Desideria. Ottimo pesce presso il ristorante Art Noveau a Santa Maria al Bagno. Escursioni a Porto Selvaggio e la spiaggia selvaggia della palude del Capitano, a Gallipoli, a Nardò e Porto Cesareo. Un grazie al Sig. Massimo per la genuina ospitalità. Sara B.

Luminosa, pulita ed ordinata

Ho soggiornato con i miei figli in questa casa e devo dire che nella sua semplicità l' ho trovata deliziosa. Tra i servizi utilizzati Sky, il wi fi, la doccia esterna ed il barbecue. Ci ha accolto il proprietario Massimo dimostratosi gentile e sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. Il contesto è tranquillo con una pineta che ricopre l' intera area. Suggestiva la piccola Santa Caterina con la piazzetta, i negozietti ed i ristoranti. Il tratto di costa è di roccia con delle piccole spiagge nelle insenature. Altre spiagge si trovano a pochi chilometri di distanza ma la più bella a mio parere è Punta della Suina vicino Gallipoli. Tutto perfetto. Grazie Massimo!

"Un piccolo gioiello!"

Con la famiglia abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica. Dal giorno di arrivo sino alla partenza è andato tutto benissimo. Ci ha accolto il Sig. Massimo che si è dimostrato attento e premuroso. Chiare le informazioni sulla proprietà ed i luoghi d'interesse in zona. Gradito il cesto di benvenuto, con alcuni prodotti alimentari di prima necessità. La casa è luminosa, ogni ambiente ordinato e pulito. A disposizione il wi fi ( un giga al giorno ), il barbecue e Sky. A due passi una pineta ed una scalinata che degrada verso il mare. E' l' azzurro di questo mare che ci ha regalato le giornate più belle. Baciati dalla fortuna, per le temperature estive, siamo stati ogni mattina in spiaggia. Quella di Santa Caterina è piccola ma bellissima. Si trova in un' insenatura della costa rocciosa che caratterizza il litorale. A pochi chimolmetri verso Gallipoli le spiagge più lunghe e larghe. Tutte bellissime con sabbia bianca ed acqua trasparente poco profonda. Sole e mare ci hanno conquistato. Ritorneremo.

Tutto perfetto!

Una grande vacanza nel Salento in una dimora molto bella e arredata con gusto. Utilissima la doccia in giardino. Ci ha accolti Massimo e siamo rimasti sorpresi dagli omaggi che ci ha presentato. Dal dolce al salato un sacco di ottimi prodotti locali. Utili i suoi consigli ed il materiale informativo a disposizione. In un raggio di 20 km c' è tantissimo da vedere dalle caratteristiche spiagge tra gli scogli a 200 metri sino alle lunghe spiagge di sabbia fine, su tutte Togo Bay a Punta Prosciutto, ai borghi, cantine e masserie. Da vedere Gallipoli con la sua movida anche se per i nostri gusti è troppo affollata. Grazie di tutto e a presto Massimo!

Perfetto! Oltre le più rosee aspettative

L'appartamento ha risposto a pieno alle aspettative create dalla descrizione. Soprattutto ha mantenuto le promesse di pulizia, ordine e confort che troppe volte vengono presentate nelle descrizioni ma poi non mantenute. Inaspettata (perché di norma non é dovuta), ma molto gradita, l'accoglienza e il supporto di Massimo il proprietario. Al nostro arrivo in casa abbiamo trovato, il set di benvenuto e soprattutto molto materiale informativo su ciò che il Salento può fornire in termini di cultura, enogastronomia, divertimento, location incantevoli, spiagge ... Di tutto e di più. La spiaggia di S. Caterina, piccola ma molto carina, si raggiunge anche a piedi ma a pochi km si possono frequentare spiagge, attrezzate o libere, in posti incantevoli. Nel paese si trovano ristoranti e locali dove il rapporto prezzo/qualità é ottimo, nelle vicinanze pure. Abbiamo comunque chiesto indicazioni al proprietario e ogni suggerimento é stato OTTIMO. Consiglierò sicuramente questo immobile a tutti gli amici che intendano fare una vacanza in Salento, e anche a quelli che sono alla ricerca di una vacanza immersa nel bello sotto tutti i punti di vista. Grazie molte Massimo per averci permesso di trascorrere delle bellissime vacanze!

Perfect for a family vacation!

We are Italian and we live in USA. We use to spend our summer vacation in Italy visiting friends and family. . This summer we decided to go to the Salento Coast. The apartment we rent from Massimo was perfect. Clean. Close to Santa Caterina Village (a nice 15 minutes walk through the beautiful "Pineta" ). A perfect place to start visiting the Salento and the beautiful beaches and great Restaurants.. The apartment is large enough for a family of four. One master bedroom. Another 2 beds bedroom. Plus a sofa bed in the large living room. One full bath with shower and one 1/2 bathroom. 2 Zones A/C. Complimentary WI-FI. A nice terrace for relax and breakfast. Massimo was outstanding welcoming us. We found the fridge already filled with water, cookies, fruit and local specialties. The "dispensa" was with local EVOO, coffe, sugar and all we needed to avoid to go to the local supermarket. Thanks Massimo!

Ben arredato, grande, in un luogo tranquillo. Ottimo per una vacanza in famiglia

L'appartamento è decisamente grande, forse ancora di più di come sembra dalle foto. La descrizione sul sito è comunque rispondente alla realtà. Ottimo per una vacanza in famiglia. E' ben arredato, funzionale, ricco di confort (secondo bagno, tivù con satellite, condizionatore, zanzariere, barbecue...). Esposto su due lati, si arieggia facilmente e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla a circa mezzo chilometro dal mare. Santa Caterina è un ottimo luogo per girare le spiagge ioniche (a partire dalla vicina zona di Porto Selvaggio) e le principali località salentine. In 20 minuti di macchina, o anche meno, si arriva ai lidi di Gallipoli e Porto Cesareo. Massimo è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed ha risolto tempestivamente un piccolo inconveniente. Da consigliare sicuramente..

Tutto eccellente!!

Ottima esperienza in questa casa-vacanza. Tutto come da descrizione! L’arredamento è nuovo, moderno e funzionale. La casa ha una posizione strategica a ridosso di una pineta attraverso la quale abbiamo fatto delle bellissime passeggiate fino alla vicina spiaggetta .La proprietaria si è rivelata molto disponibile e gentile. Da consigliare! Siamo stati benissimo in questa casa situata in una zona tranquilla della marina ma poco distante dal centro. I letti sono comodi ,le camere perfettamente pulite e con ogni comfort di climatizzazione. Bellissima esperienza davvero!!!

Why they chose this property

From the very first day I fell in love with this little jewel, because it is close to a pine forest and the Mediterranean scrubland, and close to a descending flight of steps that goes towards the sea, which gives you the chance to immerge yourself in the unpolluted nature with its colours and scents. Another characteristic is the breeze that crosses the interior of the house, making it extremely fresh and pleasing to live in. It is a piece of paradise where you can spend a serene holiday without giving up the joy and fun.

What makes this property unique

The dwelling is filled with all the modern commodities and services. It offers many spaces (wide living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) that can be used by many people: families with children or friends wanting to spend their time together, or maybe even cook on the barbecue in the garden (nevertheless, in the house, there is a kitchen with everything needed, good household equipment like: an oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer). Talking and having dinner under the wide and welcoming veranda of the house, listening to some music or reading a book. You will want to live each moment to the fullest each moment. You could take a walk along the trail, which takes you from the hill to the small beach and the harbour while discovering unimaginable panoramas.
