Welcome to La Rochelle, in a quiet, pleasant and very close to the city center (5mn by car, 10mn by bus and 15mn walk) without the disadvantages of the full center (quiet and possibility to park for free in front of the house).
All shops: 5-10 minutes walk.
The ring road is 5 minutes: Bridge direction Ile de Ré 10 minutes and Châtelaillon-Plage 15 minutes by car.

Renovated house in 2018, all comfort, South / West exposure: garden of 120m2 with garden furniture and parasol, rental of 60m2.

Surface of 60m2 on 2 levels:
Ground floor: 1 large bright kitchen of 15m2 fully equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher recent), 1 living room of 15m2 (TV and freebox - Wifi available), 1 toilet, 1 bedroom 12m2 (bed with memory mattress 160x200cm), with an adjoining bathroom (bath and recent washing machine).
Floor: 1 room of 15m2 (bed 140x190cm).

Duvets, mattress pads, pillows and 2 oilcloths (indoor / outdoor) included in the rental.

Linen not included.
Loan of a cot on request (sheets not provided).

NB: Careful people expected. This rental is our main residence, we leave our belongings and personal effects, which we thank you for respecting.

Other remarks:
The end-of-stay cleaning fee is 50 € and mandatory, the goal being to have a house with impeccable cleanliness for each tenant.
We ask you only, wash and put away the dishes, remove your sheets and leave the rental in good condition, being careful not to degrade anything.

- Please do not make any noise from 22:00.
- The rental is suitable for children, however, the staircase being steep, it can be dangerous. We ask parents to be especially vigilant about their children to avoid any incident or deterioration. The booking of this accommodation implies acceptance of these rules.
