Property was clean and ready for us at the appointed time. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had many additional items not usually found in a rental of this type. The fire pit is a great feature. The bed was very comfortable. Be prepared for narrow winding roads with blind corners in this area of upstate. Use caution and don't drive as fast as the locals!Will definitely stay here again!

We had a nice stay here. The kitchen was well stocked and was only missing wine glasses. My only issue is that the listing says that there is a double futon. There is no double futon. I am not sure how the listing can say it sleeps 6.

This place was absolutley perfect for our stay. Waterview from almost every window in the house. Beautiful giant bedroom windows overlooking the lake to wake up to in the morning. Full kitchen, no reason to leave! It is beautifully decorated. Easy communication with our host and very easy check in and out. Perfect balance of indoor and outdoor comfort. We are already looking forward to returning.

The house and setting was so serene and relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor area and the warm cabin like wooded welcoming and comfortable interior. So grateful for the appropriate amount of heat set, knowing that it was a bit cold at night, and extra blankets set aside for us.We had a wonderful time and a chance to reset from the city life.

This was a great location, and the lake was beautiful. We loved watching the beavers swim and play at sunset. The house was cozy and had all we needed for our weekend trip. It was also a quick trip to the the Bethel Performing Arts Center.

A relaxing time on the lake

We have 3 kids , we live near NYC and in the weekend we go up to our cozy lake house to relax . Time we spend here helps us to bond as a family , we share family time without being distracted by technologies . The mountains and lakes takes away all our stress , we practice yoga and meditation with kids . We expect our guests to feel the same when they are staying in the lake house as we do . I believe life is short , there is nothing better than spending quality time with your family and friends ...and there is no better space than being in the nature .. Namaste
