Our 33 m2 apartment has been completely refurbished and is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful residence near the casino and the thermal baths of Royat spa resort 10 mins away - ROYATONIC.
Bus stop 300 m direct to Clermont city center.
You will appreciate our accommodation for the view and its location.
The accommodation is equipped with a fully equipped open kitchen (ceramic hob, washing machine, TV, WiFi, a large bedroom .... ...).
Close to all amenities (pharmacy, post office, food shops, markets on Tuesday / Thursday and Saturday, Auchan supermarket ...)
