Runners, joggers, and walkers, we are 2 blocks away from Perl Mill - Ellerbee Creek Watershed. Go out the front door and walk down the hill.

You can walk .7 miles to Foster St./Geer St and the Central Park District of downtown for Cocoa Cinnamon coffee in the morning. Enjoy Full Steam Brewery, The Pit, Motorco Music, Geer Street Garden, the Blue Note Grill, and so much more

Very family friendly. Perfect for kids!

We were so delighted with the toys and books and all of the cookware in the kitchen. Had a lovely stay with my 3 year old visiting family in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home!

It was a really nice stay. Everything was well maintained and clean. The kitchen was also well stocked with seasonings, dishes, utensils, and kitchenware.

A great Durham trip

The duplex location is great for all Durham activities. The house is well stocked and clean. Very pet friendly and kid friendly too.

Weekend trip

The unit was very cute and well stocked. The greenway was awesome for our senior lab. He enjoyed his leisure walks. Wish more had been within walking distance for us. It was very quiet snd we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and comfortable accomodation

We were very comfortable in this two bedroom accommodation. It was very clean and offered hi speed wifi for accomodating work from home. Neighborhood was family friendly, quiet, and safe. Owner was very attentive to needs. No frills, but very comfortable. Owner was extremely attentive to our requests.

Great stay in Durham

This place is in a great little place! It was convenient to take a walk with the dog (though there was a little bit of walking on the street to get to the greenway so be prepared for that) and the neighbors that I came across were all very friendly. It was very clean and although I didn't use the kitchen, it was well stocked. Communication with the property manager was very easy!

Spring Break

We had spent the Easter weekend in Durham and it rained throughout so pretty much had to stay indoor. The property itself is clean and well maintained. However the neighborhood is not as good as the inside of the house.

As advertised. Slept great. Everything worked as it should. Only comment would be regarding the living room furniture; from the perspective of two adult men 6’ an taller and over 200lbs, wasn’t the most comfortable. But, take that with a grain of salt. Would stay again

Duke Park stay

We came for a long weekend to celebrate my nephews baptism. Your place was the perfect place to stay. Close to my sister’s home and convenient for shopping and visiting! Very comfortable and cozy for us all. Thank you!

Nice quiet neighborhood

We had a nice experience at this property. The neighborhood was quiet. Jim was very accommodating and was continously checking up to make sure we had everything we needed! It was much appreciated. We were in the area to visit my brother and will definitely be back!

Two wonderful grandkids we enjoy spending time with. Love live music, MerlFest, FloydFest, Shakori Hills, Cats Cradle, MotorCo, and the local scene. Hiking, backpacking, and paddling. Trekked Nepal and climbed two High Passes, Renjo La and Cho La, as well as Everest Base Camp. All over 17,300 feet. A stellar adventure. Jim is delving more into cooking and simple pleasures. Finished the Colorado Trail in 2022, 485 miles.
