Malgré l’emplacement et la propreté, l’appartement ne dispose pas d’un confort irréprochable : espace salon limité pour deux, abattant des toilettes cassé, plafonnier cuisine HS, réfrigérateur bruyant (50db) en continu, douche avec écoulement bouché, pas de micro-ondes, cafetière uniquement à filtre, vaisselle réduite (petites cuillères, verres à vin, casseroles pas adaptées à la plaque de cuisson), parking box minuscule.

Appartement très grand et très confortable.
Situé près des plages publiques et privées.
Le bémol concerne l'équipement de la cuisine : plaque de cuisson très encrassée, batterie de cuisine vieillote et surtout absence de micro-ondes.
