14 hours departure for Cannes or Monaco in 35 minutes with the train at 10 minutes
Ideally located, the apartment is in the heart of the city center. 10 minutes from the station on foot, 10 minutes from Place Massena or old Nice and the beach. 100 meters from the tramway.
Restaurants, shops and supermarkets at the foot of the building!
Ideal for nightlife, shopping or a stopover with family or friends!
Guests can use the kitchen for breakfast or other meals, and an espresso machine is available.
Complete crockery. Sheets and towels provided.
The entrance to the premises is from 15h depending on your arrival time.
Departure is at 10 am according to your return schedule.
