Note: Property is on Claiborne Ave by I-10, can be busy/noisy at times.



The Space:

Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast nook. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!



Guest Access:

Street parking available, driveway shared with upstairs unit. Driveway parking is 1st come, 1st serve. Property is on a busy commercial avenue and can be noisy outside in front. Faces Hwy overpass.



The Neighborhood:

A lot of action in this neighborhood. Second lines and gatherings often spring up out of nowhere and will enhance your experience of New Orleans traditions. At times it can be noisy.



This is a bustling street that hosts a large walking celebration most Sundays. It's filled with street vendors, food, drinks and was started years ago to celebrate New Orleans Saint's WINS! We encourage you to join in on the fun! There is the potential for loud noise during :)



Getting Around:

Ubers and Lyfts are highly recommended.

5 min rideshare to the French Quarter

8 min ride to Canal Street

10 min ride to the Super Dome (Who Dat)

15 min ride to the Lower Garden District (Magazine Street Shopping, St Charles Ave sightseeing)

20 min ride to the Upper Garden District (Zoo, Tulane, Loyola)



Other Things to Note:

A long term tenant lives on property in a private apartment on the third floor of the building. Does not have access to your unit.
