This Channel Island Harbor home is the perfect place for a water-loving family or a close group of friends. Spend warm summer days relaxing on the beach at Oxnard Beach Park, a short one-and-a-half-mile drive from the house. There you can do all sorts of oceanfront activities, from swimming and sunbathing to picnicking. If swinging a golf club is more your style, Seabee Golf Course is just one and a half miles down the road. Want to escape the city? The town of Ojala is a quick 25-mile journey and hosts several hiking trails and even hot springs!

Take a seat on the expansive back deck with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and watch the boats go by on the water as you soak up the California sunshine. Take in a dip from the swimming dock. The views continue inside the home through large windows, so you can enjoy the scenery even as you cook in the full kitchen or watch TV in the living room.

Great Home with Spectacular View

This is our second time renting this home. Seven senior women working on organizing our photos and making photo books for our families! We worked on our laptops at that huge dining table for 3-1/2 days, enjoying the beautiful view and fabulous weather! The beds were very comfy and the kitchen is well-stocked. I think we'll be back again next year...

Amazing, relaxing Location!

We loved the location and views of the harbor from back deck and comfort of the home. Loved being able to walk to so much,pizza, sushi and amazing breakfast at Mrs. Olson‘s.

Spacious and clean home with an amazing harbor view!

Our stay at this property was both memorable and relaxing. The house was clean, well-lit and comfortably fit our family of eight (2 seniors, 4 adults, 2 kids). There was plenty of space for group activities (board games, karaoke, foosball, etc.) and alone time to happen simultaneously. The “wow” factor here was the harbor view, which offered us hours of watching boats, kayakers and paddle boaters float by. As listed, the home had no A/C but it was never an issue, even during our trip in early August. Check-in was a breeze; it’s near plenty of shops, restaurants and the beach. We hope to return to the property someday soon.

What a location!

We loved being on the marina and having easy access to kayaking deep-sea fishing and other water activities. The house is rather old and there were several things that we found didn’t really work like the patio cover, the refrigerator was tough to close all the way, there was a Foos ball table but no Foos ball, and everything was just needing to be updated. But we enjoyed our time nonetheless and would consider returning to the harbor in the future.
