Located at the entrance of the center of Annecy, 300 m from Lake Annecy, 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass along the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot.

In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with toilet.

The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (Queen) and plenty of storage space
The living room offers a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) and a TV with international channels.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high speed WiFi
Linen will be provided for your stay.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Perfect location and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The shower could use some work. I know it’s hard to find a shower that makes sense in Europe…. Maybe just a shower curtain could help? Garage door did not shut but the car was still in a safe place. Overall, nice stay.

This flat is modern, and the kitchen well equipped, but it lacks any charm whatsoever. Access is up a very busy road, right to the top. There's a certain view from the balcony, but the road noise is very disturbing (at least for us). So sleeping with the windows open at night is not great. For us it was a disappointing rental, of a flat clearly bought for the sole purpose of renting.

Appartement très agréable, neuf très bien équipé avec des équipements de qualité et idéalement placé à Annecy, à 10m à pied de la vieille ville ! le parking souterrain sécurisé est un vrai plus. Prestation de la conciergerie du Lac irréprochable, je recommande fortement ! Séjour presque parfait si il n'avait pas été un peu gaché par les voisins, très bruyants et que l'on entend courir et sauter de 8h du matin a 23h le soir. Pas dramatique pour notre séjour de 3 nuits, dont les journées ont été passées dehors mais pour qui souhaiterait rester plus longtemps, ca peut etre plus pénible à vivre. Néanmoins très satisfait de ce séjour et de l'appartement en lui meme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à Annecy et ne manquerons pas de chercher notre hébergement par la Conciergerie.

Le logement est encore mieux en vrai que sur le site. Spacieux, propre, très bien équipé et vraiment bien situé. Le balcon offre une belle vue sur le lac. Il est situé à 5 minutes à pieds de l’entrée de la vieille ville et du lac. Gros coup de cœur pour ce séjour, n’hésitez pas à réserver les yeux fermés. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment intéressant. Étant véhiculés, le garage était très pratique. La personne qui nous a pris en charge était réactive et nous avons été accueillis dès notre arrivée.

Très bien situé, à proximité du lac et du vieux Annecy. Boxe privé très appréciable : possibilité d'y mettre une voiture et 2 vélos sans soucis! L'appartement est neuf et sans être en première ligne possède une vue sur le lac Bien équipé et présence de grands placards, cependant, il manque quelques meubles bas pour y déposer des affaires ( comme une trousse de toilette, produit de soin etc... dans la salle de bain ou sac à main etc.... dans le salon.) Literie confortable, cependant absence de lampes de chevet.
