This one-story ground level 1930s beach bungalow has been carefully and meticulously renovated over the last several years. The home’s original exterior cottage design has remained true to the heart of the home while the interior has been entirely renovated and upgraded with the finest amenities. The gardens and landscaping with beautiful lush tropical foliage has been featured in the 2016 Anna Maria Island’s Tour of Homes. Oolitic limestone stones create beautiful archways and accent the walkways of this expansive beach paradise. There are also 3 recently renovated private units located next to the cottage. Two are on the ground floor and the other is on the Second Floor tucked away between gorgeous palms.

The first ground floor apartment features 2 bedrooms each with a king bed. The living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa and there is one full bathroom in the home. There is a small kitchen stocked with all the kitchen essentials including an apartment-sized refrigerator to make a nice meal at home. The home is beautifully decorated with true beach charm.

The 2nd floor apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 with a king bed, and a ‘bunk room’ with 2 bunk beds, and 3 bathrooms. There is a fully kitchen stocked with all the kitchen essentials including an oven/stove and refrigerator to make a nice meal at home. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room should you need extra room.

Comprised of two separate structures - a ground-level home and a two story building with an upstairs and two downstairs apartments, to offer plenty of privacy and space for the family or entire group of friends!

These three homes share outdoor patio space with the adjoining unit, which is equipped with a grill, outdoor table and chairs and access to a top of the line hot tub.

Once you’ve toured the properties, you immediately will want to step outside onto your own private beach paradise. The home’s main feature is its one-of-a-kind ‘Tiki’, is an enormous tiki bar unique to the home, which can seat twenty and is fully equipped to entertain with electricity, sound system, lights, and ice machine. These tiki bars are no longer allowed to be built so close to the beach and is truly one of the most unique finds on the island. There are two smaller tiki huts which seat four each comfortably. Along the crest where the beach meets the sea grass, sits a line of colorful Adirondack chairs that invite you in to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cocktail or beverage while taking in all the sights, sounds, and smells of the Gulf and also make this home recognizable to anyone who passes by. On those cooler nights, toss a few logs into the one-of-a-kind designed and created ‘Fire Ball’ beautifully constructed from an old mooring ball. Perfect for settling next to a cozy fire on the beach while enjoying some stargazing and smores!

Continue winding along the paths in your beachside backyard to find an impressive year-round heated pool (50 foot x 18 foot, 6 foot deep) equipped with lights, fountain and sun deck. You’ll also want to enjoy the warm soaking spa perched above and cascading into the pool. There are patio areas with a grill, tables and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as an outdoor seating, loungers, and a hammock to relax and take a snooze under the shady palms. Additionally there is also an additional fully enclosed, air-conditioned outdoor half bath with conch shell sink.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats.
