Beautifully remodeled mountain modern ski in/shuttle out 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8-corner unit with views of the mountains and town, perfect for families. All new carpet, Luxury vinyl plank flooring, refinished charcoal kitchen cabinets with quartz counters, and gorgeous new Bathroom!

This is the BEST location in Breckenridge. Park your vehicle in the covered garage and don't get back into it until you leave. One block walk to historic Breckenridge downtown for shopping and dining. Hop on the free shuttle/bus, only a few steps from the condo, to get to your favorite peak to ski or walk 5 minutes to the Gondola or Snowflake Lift.

Ski down Four O' Clock run at the end of the day and end up at the condo. Beautifully decorated with a mountain modern theme and custom log beds to enhance your mountain experience. In the summer months, leave your window open and let the natural stream sound lull you to sleep in the master bedroom.

Create family memories while sitting in front of the stone gas fireplace, watching your favorite shows or movies on our new smart TV's, playing a board game, or having a glass of wine watching the skiers come down Four O'Clock at the end of the day.

Sawmill Creek amenities include shared hot tubs, shared gas grills, space for 1 vehicle, and an elevator.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary supplies to cook and a dining table that seats 6.

Complimentary WiFi, W/D, 3- large Flatscreen smart TV's, DVD's, and board games in the Living Room.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle with overflow parking available for a fee at the Airport Rd. lot (breckpark.com).

If driving, make sure to check CDOT for road conditions and traffic. Always allow yourself plenty of time to get to DIA during peak season as traffic can get heavy.

Beautiful spot

The location was great! Probably one of the nicest condos I’ve stayed in the area. Very spacious and clean. Everything was easy as far as check in and communication go. Diana was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay at her place again!

Great condo in perfect location

The condo was in a perfect locations and had everything we could need. It was very comfortable and just a short walk to downtown Breckenridge. This was one of our favorite vacations we have taken.

The unit was clean with good amenities. It’s one block off the main strip and perfect for walking! The property manager responded quickly to any questions. We were a party of 4 and the unit was the perfect size. I would recommend this property!

Perfect spot for family with little ones as you can see the skiers come down 4 o’clock run. Great to have the run right there for kids to practice skiing and snowboarding without having to go up to the main ski area. Also, kids loved sledding. Right in town so everything is close. Great accommodations, great location, and great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect 👌

Doesn’t get better 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I do not ski so to be so close to the main high street was a real benefit. My adult children came back to the condominium via the 4’oclock run every day it really is so convenient. Beds were very comfortable and cosy. Tv and fireplace was welcoming on the one eve we got pizza delivered. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice little spot

Great location for walking to town. The condo was clean and very quiet. We enjoyed the hot tubs. We come to Breck every summer and were sad the gondola and all associated activities were closed during our trip… that was the only negative and obviously no fault of the condo ownership. We’ll be more careful next summer when choosing dates, but we’ll choose to stay here again.

Wonderful!

The property was exactly as pictured and described in the write up. It had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. BTW, we loved the switch on fireplace. It was also easy to communicate with the owners and have all of our questions answered before we arrived. There were just two of us, but the condo could easily accommodate up to six adults. The location had easy access to both the ski area and Main Street, which was perfect for us. I would definitely look to rent this property again.

Excellent choice

This condo was perfect for our family of four (three teenagers). Cozy living room for gathering together and movie nights, with plenty of dining space for meals and occasional work. Kitchen was very well equipped for preparing a couple of meals each day. Two bedrooms easily accommodated beds for all! LOVED that there was a washer and dryer in the unit! Oh, and did I mention location? EASY walk to Main Street! Really couldn’t have chosen a better condo for our needs. Thanks so much!

Wonderful Condo for skiing

Lovely condo perfect for skiing down the 4 o’clock trail right to the condo stairs. To get to the lift you have the option of picking up the free bus right in front or walking 5 minutes to the gondola. After skiing it was a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Diane knows how to bring comfort from the fluffy pillows and blankets to all the items in the kitchen we needed for cooking. The hot tub was just down the stairs from the front door. It was great parking under the building with stairs right there to go up to the condo. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Great location

The property was very nice, great location to all the shops, restaurants. Most everything you could want within walking distance. The condo was cute and clean. Only complaint, the master bedroom bed was atrocious! Needs to be replaced, a large crater in the middle, could not even sleep in the bed with my husband. This made our stay less enjoyable. Thank goodness, we were not full and there were extra bunk beds available. Very disappointed with this.

Excellent, updated condo in a fantastic location!

This condo is excellent, has been updated & has everything you need to be super comfortable. Could not be a better, more convenient location. The owners provide excellent details & communication. Kitchen has all you need, including many staples (spices, cooking oil, coffee). Condo is extremely clean & has comfy blankets & great TVs for lounging together & spending family time; lots of towels in the bathrooms & toiletries, even a hair dryer. The owners communicate clearly in advance & provide helpful information about favorite local restaurants, equipment rentals, getting to/from the slopes, etc. The ability to walk right across the street to rent equipment, catch the free bus right at the condo property each morning to go up for skiing, & ski down the Four O'Clock run at the end of your day literally to the steps of your condo is simply marvelous. Really helps reduce the stress, fatigue & physical wear & tear that otherwise comes with several days of rigorous skiing. Condo is within walking distance of Main Street, all the fun shopping, so many great restaurants, etc. Couldn't ask for a better location & setup. Owners are great, let us know the condo was clean & ready for an earlier check in time, extremely responsive to any questions or needs. Covered parking space is also a plus for cold weather & snow. (One heads up: you can hear the folks in the unit above walk around, so just plan for that if you are light sleepers.) This is an excellent property--fantastic experience!!!

This is the best condo we’ve stayed in at Breckenridge out of four years! It’s beautifully updated and roomier than places we’ve visited before. It had hooks in the hallway for all our jackets/bags. The master bathroom has ample space, great shower pressure, two large drawers to store our toiletries and plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and the huge counter came in handy. We absolutely loved the layout of the living room, kitchen and dining area, how it was all one big space. It was great for entertaining my brother-in-law’s family and there was plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. The freezer has an ice maker, which was very helpful. The washer and dryer worked great. The keyless entry was very convenient too for our kids to come in and out. And the owner is quick to respond, which I appreciate greatly! We highly recommend this VRBO!

Great location, well appointed, cozy and clean

Had plenty of everything we needed, like extra towels for the hot tubs. Parking entailed a tight squeeze to enter but there’s parking out front for larger vehicles. We skied all the way back to our unit which was awesome. Kitchen was well appointed, the living room had plenty of seating. The whole place was cozy. Washer and dryer were clutch. Ski locker at the front door was convenient. A simple walk to the middle of town which we did quite a bit; it’s like 2 small blocks. Bathrooms were nice, beds were in good shape. It looks like the photos.

We moved to Colorado from the midwest (Iowa and Minnesota) in 2001 and 2003. We fell in love with the mountains and especially Breckenridge CO. We were both very good skiers when we started dating but wanted to try something new. We started snowboarding and the experience (and pain) that we had is probably one of the reasons we got married (according to my husband). We got married in 2006. We had our twins in 2009. Then we bought our condo in 2011. We LOVE this mountain, town, and condo. We love that it is more than a ski resort. It has a very lively town that offers so many activities, events, and fun things to do. It is a family friendly town. It offers awesome restaurants and festivals, Oktoberfest, Url'r fest, International Ice Carving competition, and Santa races with a Burmese Mountain dog parade. Summers provide a great deal of new activities including biking, fishing ,rafting, boating and hiking. The Peak 8 Fun Park offers activities for the whole family including an Alpine Slide, Roller Coaster, Zip Line and Ropes Course . Unfortunately, our children are getting older and busier in sports and activities, so we have decided to share our little piece of heaven, "Mount'n Condo" as we call it.
