About this property

The cabin has four bedrooms with two baths both bathrooms are downstairs inside the bedroom entrance area.The Living room, Dining room, Kitchen are all located on the same floor with a open concept. its great for
anyone that does not want to climb steps and the upstairs is great for extra guest with over four people staying. There's two bedrooms upstairs with three beds and two of them are in the same room the full size and twin are located in the same room and the new king size bed has a new memory foam mattress and new comforter and pillows in the same room also a 48 inxh flat screen TV with a 360 Xbox and a PS3 game system also in the same room. All beds upstairs are in a open concept with no doors separately the sleeping area.

Beautiful Mountain Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The view was beautiful with the waterfall next to the deck. The host was very nice and communication was great. We could not figure out the fireplace and he came over to fix it. Also we locked ourselves out and he helped us quickly. The only thing was beds. Our 3 boys loved the upstairs with 3 beds and the openness but the downstairs only had 2 fulls which was not the best for my husband and I. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful Oasis

We loved this quaint cabin. Our family of 7 (two adults and 5 children) had plenty of room. The host was responsive and courteous. We would stay again.

Our Creekside Therapy

We had an amazing time in this home! The peacefulness, the breeze blowing through the trees, the thunderstorm, the birds, deer, etc. We met my husbandsfamily there that he had not see in 24 years. Wonderful memories were made and Mr Jack made everything wonderful. He made sure our stay was above and beyond anything we expected. The downstairs rooms are small but very cozy, which we love! We loved the rustic feel and warmth of this home. You have everything you need in the kitchen. All the linens you could ever need are provided. The sweet kitty that always came to say hello and welcome us. We closed out our stay by making smores in the Gazebo covered Firepit. It was so cold and it just made it that much better. We all laughed and shared beautiful memories. My husband and kids had a great time exploring the creekside and the woods. We hope to spend many more vacations at this cozy home by the creek.

This property is private on a dead end residential road it has beautiful up close creek and waterfall views on the property with high elevation over 3,500 feet. The cabin is very rustic with knotty pine and cedar walls.

What makes this property unique

lots of new modern additions large Flat screen TV'S, Hickory head boards, New Dishwasher, built in wine cooler, newer smooth top stove, Ref, Microwave, Coffee maker, High speed internet, Spectrum Cable, Net flix movie network , Roku network and a home cordless phone US calling only There is no cell service in the Roan mountain state park area.
