House of 140m2 completely renovated in 2018, facing south with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Garden type pinewood of 1700m2, not overlooked, in a very quiet residential area.
The immediate proximity of downtown Nîmes (10 min walk from the square house), various quality shops (2min walk), the entrance to the garden of the fountain within 5 min walk, and a Easy access to the highway makes it an ideal haven to enjoy both the city and all the assets of the region.
The constantly sunny pool is secured with alarm and possibility of installing the barrier on request (see photo). It is entirely private and without any opposite.
The park, very shady, allows you to eat in the shade under the pine trees during hot weather. The house thanks to its construction of time keeps the freshness inside.
Many amenities available: stone barbecue, tv, wifi, machines, deckchairs, electric blind, 2 fridges, automatic gate with videophone, possibility to park several cars in the park, mosquito nets available on each window.

Superb holiday in quality accomodation. All of our family party of 6 crossing 3 generations thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable accomodation and most especially the swimming pool. Merveilleuses vacances à Nîmes

The location of the house is very good in the centre of the city, close to the Jardin de la Fontaine. The house is beautiful, very clean and well maintained and fully met our expectations. The rooms are cosy, homely and stylishly furnished and the kitchen area is also very well equipped. The large park/garden is spacious and invites you to relax and linger in various places. A big plus in hot temperatures is the great pool, where you can cool off wonderfully and also swim well. There is a barbecue area near the pool, which we made great use of. Shops for daily needs are within walking distance and the business centre is also within walking distance. The only negative point is that the second "very small" bathroom and toilet are in the less attractive basement, so we didn't like using them. All in all, we would definitely recommend a stay in the house. La maison est très bien située, au centre de la ville et à proximité du Jardin de la Fontaine. La maison est magnifique, très propre et bien entretenue et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Les chambres sont confortables, agréables et aménagées avec style, et la cuisine est également très bien équipée. Le grand parc/jardin est vaste et invite à la détente et au repos à différents endroits. Un grand plus par temps chaud est la superbe piscine dans laquelle on peut se rafraîchir et nager. Près de la piscine, il y a un barbecue dont nous avons bien profité. Les magasins pour les besoins quotidiens sont à distance de marche et le centre commercial est également accessible à pied. Le seul point négatif est que la deuxième "très petite" salle de bains et les deuxièmes toilettes se trouvent dans la cave, moins attrayante, et que nous n'avons donc pas apprécié de les utiliser. Dans l'ensemble, nous recommandons vivement un séjour dans cette maison.

Nous recommandons vivement ce petit paradis

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner au sein de cette jolie maison pendant 15 jours en août 2021. Le descriptif de la maison est très complet et les prestations de la maison sont vraiment tops: moustiquaires à chaque fenêtre/entrée et c'est vraiment important dans la région. La maison est très cocooning et bien décorée, on s'y sent bien, tout est propre et à sa place. L'extérieur est un vrai plus: de l'ombre grâce aux pins et un espace cocooning fait en palettes et une super piscine pour se rafraichir et jouer avec les enfants ainsi qu'un beau barbecue. Enfin, les propriétaires sont très agréables et prévenants: le contact est facile et nous avions droit à un mot de bienvenue, un guide des choses à faire dans la région et d'autres attentions. La maison est idéalement située, 5mn à pied du centre avec tous les commerces et 10mn à pied des halles et du centre historique. Bref n'hésitez pas et aller découvrir Nîmes!

Vacances reposantes en ville

Antoine et Jessica nous ont très agréablement acueillis dans leur maison rénovée avec goût , et fonctionnelle. Le terrain ombragé où s'ébattent les écureuils est sans vis-à-vis et offre calme et sérénité , et la piscine un peu de fraicheur. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme tout en étant à proximité du centre ville. Bref , de superbes vacances. A recommander fortement....

Une charmante maison au coeur des pins

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison et sa piscine . il y a du terrain et de l'ombre ,aucun vis à vis avec les voisins . La maison est fraîche et bien distribuée . Elle se trouve proche du centre historique et il est possible de laisser la voiture pour faire les courses . Quartier calme . Tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien !
