This cozy apartment with pool and parking ... full of charm, it is located 50 meters from the large beach of Rosas and directly near all shops and restaurants.
You can enjoy all the attractions of this seaside resort without having to take your car.
The apartment has private parking. It is fully air conditioned, very comfortable with new equipment and furniture. You will have access to all French and international channels on the flat screen TV.

Dans la salle de bain il manque de lumière et la canapé est trop bas, mais une bonne exposition, recommande la location proche de la plage, du centre ville et de la piscine de détente
