Refurbished kitchen and all bathrooms 2019. Brand new hardwood floors in all bedrooms and stairway 2021. All brand new appliances. New washer and dryer. Short walk, .3 miles to downtown. Free Wifi and cable TV, Roku. DVD player. Beds: King, Queen, 2 Doubles, Queen pull out couch. Fireplace, Duraflame logs only, you provide. Parking limited to 2 cars. No pets please. Weekend getaway (parents Xmas gift)

Location of property is second to none! Layout of house is fantastic especially with bathrooms accommodating all bedrooms. Very short walk to main strip and stuff to do everywhere there, pick a direction and walk! Highly recommend, enjoy the beauties all around!!!

Wonderful townhouse close to town

We had a great stay with 2 couples and 2 young children. Some of the beds listed are in the main living room area rather than an bedroom. Excellent check in and location.

Ski retreat

We had a wonderful time staying at the property. Very clean, very tasteful Olympic theme decor and comfy beds for after a long day skiing. Walk to town was short and quick! Would stay here again when visiting lake placid.

Great property!!

This is a great property, 3 spacious bedrooms, each has their own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable house, loved the Olympic Decor. Owner was very easy to work with, answered any questions with a few minutes, would definitely stay again!!

Perfect spot for a girls trip

We had a great time . All the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with whatever you might need . The only Issue we had was the floor had not been cleaned well which was causing an ant issue .

3BR Townhouse - Lake Placid

We enjoyed our stay in Lake Placid. The townhouse was very clean and having 3BR and three bathrooms for 5 adults was excellent. The back porch was nice for sitting outside and enjoying the wooded area. I would have liked it to be a little closer to town as we were not able to walk the distance, but we were able to find parking. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Our group consisted of 3 couples. We stayed for the New Years festivities. Everything was exactly as advertised: clean, convenient and close to everything. Very quiet as well. All house rules and instructions (TV, dishwasher, etc.) were clearly summarized in a folder. Would definitely recommend w/o any reservations.

Comfortable stay

Overall a great stay. House is appointed nicely. Great Lake Placid/Olympic memorabilia. Due to my oversight prior to booking a summer stay, I did not realize there is no air conditioning. However stand fans are located in each bedroom. Quiet and friendly neighbors. All supplies needed were provided and or stocked. Short walk to town but very hilly. Owners easily reachable and super responsive.

Great location, quiet, easy walk downhill to the town of Lake Placid. The condo is showing it's age a little bit. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, plates etc!

We were able to make meals when we chose to stay in because all of the basic cookware and utensils were available. This trip was myself and 4 adult daughters so 3 full baths was one of the reasons I chose this property. The dining room table was for a large family and the living room was cozy for board games and movies. This was the perfect setup for our family. It was home away from home. Highly recommended for families.

Secluded comfort in Lake Placid

Leigh and Charles condo is the perfect stay for a small group in Lake Placid. Wonderfully secluded in the woods, while also being a quick 10 minute walk from Lake Placids main street. All bedrooms are true to pictures, very comfortable and clean. We hope to stay again!
