The Cozy Condo #5 is an end unit of the Cherokee Trail Condominiums located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a newly renovated kitchen with a stainless steel appliances and a living room area with beautiful views of Mt Moose and McKenzie Mountain. This place creates a perfect getaway for a weekend or your winter/summer vacation.
Enjoy some quiet time on a large, private deck with a grill after a walk or a hike in the summer or warm up at a cozy fireplace after some fun in the snow. It is in a close distance to some hiking, biking and x-country trails (Peninsula Trails, 2.7m Mirror Lake Route, Cobble Hill hike-family friendly). Both Lake Placid and Mirror Lake are in a walking distance just like the restaurants and shops of the Main Street. Whiteface Mountain is 10 miles away. Grocery stores are only a couple minutes by car.

Wonderful

Owner was a pleasure, answered all questions quickly and very accommodating. The condo was very clean, beautiful view, private end unit, deck has great view. Location was ideal for walking into town and around Mirror Lake. I hope to come and stay again!! Wonderful all around!!

Perfect!!

The location was exactly what we needed!! We brought our dogs with us and they had a nice yard. We were around back and didn't have any foot traffic which was wonderful. The place had all the amenities as described and was just perfect for our family of six. We would highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much!!

Lovely setting

The cozy condo has the perfect setting - we watched glorious sunsets from the deck (and living area). The condo is located close to town yet in a quiet setting. The unit is nicely equipped and furnished. We had a great week tarnished only slightly by the high heat for the area.

Zuzana's condo was perfect for our needs. It was close to downtown to go to shops and restaurants as well as for a nice loop around Mirror lake, but in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked.

Excellent spot and house

This house was great. Optimal location, spacious, well stocked, etc. We have gone to LP several times (stayed around the corner a few times) and this place didn't disappoint. Being able to bring our dogs was a bonus. Another enjoyable stay at LP.

This unit is unbelievably good. I was a little bit doubtful in the beginning but everything was very well maintained and i cannot describe how nice this unit was. It had everything inside plus it was warm too. I would love to stay again here. Ohh by the way we go to Lake Placid all the time and if we had known this place existed we would have chosen it. I was sad to go.

Great Location!

Our host was very accommodating when we had to change our reservation, then we wanted to add a day. The house was very nice. It was an easy walk to downtown. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you would need. It is the most well equipped kitchen I have seen in a rental place and we have stayed in many . There were plenty of towels, bedding, pillows, blankets. We had our 30 pound small dog with us and the location was perfect for letting her out. Condo #5 has the most yard space for a dog. The wifi was great, there was plenty of hot water, even with 2 people showering at the same time. We had 5 adults, and plenty of space for all of us. We had 2 cars and were always able to park easily. There was a snow removal person to shovel the walkways (it snowed the whole time we were there) 3 nights/4 days. A shovel and salt were also provided by the host. We used the fireplace one evening and that was an added bonus. We plan to stay there next year! I would highly recommend this place!
