This beautiful two bedroom second floor apartment is conveniently located within the Village of Lake Placid. Just a five minute walk to Main Street (approx 1/2 mile) and a ten minute drive to Whiteface Mountain. Access miles of cross-country ski trails directly from the property or start you day with a round of golf-the first hole of the Lake Placid Club Course is right out the back door. Fully furnished in simple Adirondack style, this unit is ready for a weekend or week-long stay. Enjoy the convenience of off-street parking and ample secure storage for ski, hiking or biking gear and car. Wireless Internet access is available. A six person dining table and modern kitchen with butcherblock counter tops and new appliances are perfect for a quick meal or an evening of dining in. In the warmer months enjoy dinning on the expansive raised deck with outdoor refrigerator, patio table for six, gas grill and plenty of room to spread out. Very clean and wonderfully located near the beach and all of the shops. A nice layout; many two-bedrooms I've stayed at were a one bedroom with some random room containing an extra bed, but this was legitimate and worked very well for our young family.

My husband and I, along with two grandchildren (15 and 9) loved the place: clean , nicely appointed, cute. It was better than its description on the VRBO site- what a wonderful bonus! We stayed at Mary and Brett’s apartment and loved it. The apartment is clean and cozy, furnished very nicely and has all necessary amenities. The location is perfect, in a residential neighborhood just a short walk from Mirror Lake and Main Street. Private and has off street parking, which is nice to have in Lake Placid.

My husband is a life long resident of Lake Placid and I have lived here for over 20 years.
