Outdoor grill, working fireplace. Washer and dryer on site. Extra linens and towels are available . Open floor plain with large harvest dining room table. Outdoor deck with grill. Perfect for large families or Girls weekend. Wireless Internet. Owner is in first floor apartment with separate entrance. not always there. Does travel extensively. No noise issues,floors are insulated.

What a great spot for vacation! So close to Lake Placid, but you also feel tucked away! The kitchen was well stocked and the deck was great. Wish we had stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Lake Placid. It was immaculately clean. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the location is great in a nice quiet neighborhood. Kimberly was very prompt in answering any questions.

Bathrooms were updated and nice. Lots of amenities for the price and being able to bring our dogs was super great! Communication was really good. Location is only a couple minutes from main street Lake Placid.

House was clean and host was easy to communicate with. The house was spacious and in a good location.Only 1 of the 3 bedrooms has AC and you do have the “whole house”, however host is in the basement (separate entrance). When booking I thought it was the entire house based on listing and with little kids, I always worry about them running around making noise early in the morning.

Our stay here was amazing. The two of us, our child, and dogs loved it. The location is perfectly nestled far enough from town but close enough for short drives. The house was more than we could have imagined. Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Definitely will be looking at this place for future stays!!

Wasn't very clean. We had to wash every dish we needed to use. Could not use the grill as that was just too dirty (its a Blackstone). There were bugs in the bed. I don't recall the listing saying the host lives in the house in a downstairs apt as well but that's something to consider. There is only one small outside garbage can and no recycling was there for us to recycle. The deck boards also need to be fixed, that was a hazard. Was a good location though.

That grill has been used once and was cleaned. It's brand new. Also the stone is black. Garbage can was changed everyday. Recycling stays in the house in the Recycling bag near the old stove. The dishes all dirty not likely.
