Refurbished kitchen and all bathrooms 2019. Brand new hardwood floors in all bedrooms and stairway 2021. All brand new appliances. New washer and dryer. Short walk, .3 miles to downtown. Free Wifi and cable TV, Roku. DVD player. Beds: King, Queen, 2 Doubles, Queen pull out couch. Fireplace, Duraflame logs only, you provide. Parking limited to 2 cars. No pets please. House was extremely close to downtown restaurants. We dined at a different location for dinner each night. We dined at Breakfast Club each morning before our day excursions in our motorcycles. We think the week prior to Memorial Day was perfect. No extreme crowds and no waits to eat.Amenities were great, to include the washer and dryer as we used those everyday.

This place was perfect for our long weekend stay in Placid. Walkable down to Main Street shops and restaurants. Clean space and kitchen had all necessary amenities. Plenty of space and felt like we were at home. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Secluded comfort in Lake Placid

Leigh and Charles condo is the perfect stay for a small group in Lake Placid. Wonderfully secluded in the woods, while also being a quick 10 minute walk from Lake Placids main street. All bedrooms are true to pictures, very comfortable and clean. We hope to stay again!

What a cute little home hidden away just a few blocks from Main Street. It was very well equipped, beds were comfortable, Olympic decor was abundant. We were a family of 5 and found it was perfect- we would definitely return.
