Outside: Garden of 1000m² - Covered terrace of 25 m² with dining table -
Private heated swimming pool of 8x4 meters (depth 1.5m), secured by an alarm - wooden beach - several terraces offering garden furniture, lounge, sunbathing - Parking - Electric gate with digital code

Annonce 100% conforme à la réalité !
Super accueil de Laetitia la propriétaire, disponible pour la moindre demande.
La maison est très bien équipée, on a vraiment eu la sensation d’être comme chez nous !
Le fait que les propriétaires soient en dessous, n’a posé aucun problème, aucun vis à vis , environnement hyper agréable.
Proximité avec l’aéroport (5 minutes) non négligeable quand on décolle tôt, les villes principales (Bonifacio et Porto Vecchio) 30 minutes max.
On recommande vraiment cette location, sans hésiter !
