About this property

CHARMING VILLA WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL

Renovated villa with modern decoration in residential and quiet area. 2 air-conditioned rooms. Bedding 160 X 200 and cupboard in each of the rooms + a parental room with room of water and toilet + safe. A large living room with sofa, flat screen TV. Linens, towels and pool are provided. Shower room and separate WC. The villa is 2 minutes from a bakery and supermarket and 5 minutes from the center of Saint françois, the marina, golf, shops, bars, restaurants, shopping, market, fishing port AND boat pier for the Désirade , Marie Galante.
The pool is 6 X 3 m and deckchairs are available for relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto an outside bar and the living room overlooks the covered terrace, pleasant with its small lounge and dining area all overlooking the deck and pool. Free WIFI. The villa is very pleasant to live and without opposite. A professional for the cleaning and control of the pool water, passes once a week.
A nice outdoor shower.
Additional water tank in case of break.
